Be very mindful before changing, they have very sly business tactic. Don't trust the advertised rate. From the other reviews I can see that shortchanging is a common tactic of theirs. Best to avoid. Other places offer better transparency

Absolute cheaters. Told me that they will agree to a rate of 25,000 NTD for $1000 SGD, in the end they shortchanged me by only giving me 24,500 NTD. Don’t bother patronizing here, better off trustworthy money changers elsewhere.
