I’ve been a regular customer (around 3 times) and the service was never once ‘express’. I’ve always needed to wait 1-2 weeks before my clothes were ready. What resulted in this 1 star review is the poor service attitude and impatience of the tailor. My clothes came back too small so I had to make a third trip to get it corrected. He explained that when he measures, he stretches the clothes. I’ve visited many tailors and I’ve never came across one who stretches the clothes to the MAXIMUM when taking measurements. It’s meant to be taut/pulled tightly, not stretched out entirely. Failed alteration aside, while we were trying to sort this out, the tailor expressed impatience and frustration, refusing to listen while I was trying to explain the length that I want. His poor attitude and customer service was uncalled for when I actually approached the situation calmly.

Shortened a pair of jeans. 30 mins at a very reasonable price and done very nicely. Will go back !

Had a very pleasant experience with Mr Ivan. Brought my girl's uniform name tags to be sewed on to 5 tops and sewing of side linings of the blouses. Very fast work within 30mins and affordable pricing. Am glad to come hear from all the review recommendations. Will definitely come back for our other alterations! Thank you!!

Quick, fuss free and cheap alteration service located in town! It is rare to find such workmanship + service for the prices charged. Ivan has a flair for fashion and always manages to alter my dresses nicely, what’s more in quick turnaround time. Found him through a friend’s recommendation!

Shortened my jacket sleeves ($16) and narrowed my shirt's width ($15) to fit my frame with Ivan. Took a week as I was not in a rush to get it done. Ivan was very responsive on WhatsApp.
