I’d like to give a huge compliment to Jess, the store in charge at Iuiga, Wheelock Place. She was incredibly professional, friendly and patient — when there was only one piece of the item left, she went the extra mile to check the stock and even helped me register as a member so I could enjoy additional savings on the last piece.
I wasn’t having a great day today, but Jess’s kindness and professionalism truly turned it around.

The customer service is really good. The shop lady Jess is very pleasant and helpful. I saw a very cute thermos flask and she makes extra efforts to help me get the best bargain and packed the flasks to ensure they are safe from damage and scratches. It is one of my most favourable shopping experience in Singapore. And the products there are very nice and elegant at very reasonable prices.

Had a really pleasant experience shopping at IUIGA Wheelock. I was looking for some racks and storage items and the staff on duty, Jess, was incredibly helpful throughout and I wanted to commend her service. She patiently answered all my questions, explained the different storage options available, and gave practical suggestions that helped me choose what I needed. She also packed everything very neatly and even tied a string around the box to make it easier for me to carry, super thoughtful! Really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. Will definitely return to shop again at Wheelock!

My goto place for durable households items. I mean, a bathroom rack that I bought years ago is still sturdy, modern and as new as I bought it yesterday. Similar things I buy from other local stores would have broken by now.
