19 sept 3:37 your staff manning your kioks was very rude. I sensed that he was disappointed that I interrupted from his idle state. here I am a customer asking about your product. anyway I'm short, I left and walked to your takashimaya kioks and bought $105.00 worth of your product.

The outlet is rather new, and is located in Orchard Gateway, right next to the Noodle Place at 313 Somerset. Though the shop opens at 10am, you can expect a long queue and items will run out in around 2 hours. It is unfortunate that they do not limit quantity which each customer is allowed to purchase. That's why you may end up queuing for more than one hour, and are still not able to get anything! The salted egg fish skin is similar to that of Fragrance (bak kwa), only that the packaging is much presentable for gifting purpose. I seriously don't understand why the shop has business hours from 10am to 9:30pm, as stated on the official website, but evwething is sold out since noon-to-1pm even on weekdays. Would recommend to reserve and pickup from the Raffles Xchange outlet in advance to avoid long wait plus disapppintment!

Was told that there was free merchandise while stocks last as part of the SG60 experience. Waited in front of the stall for 10mins while the staff was serving another customer only to be told there was no stock when I could see the salted eggs fish skin snack sitting in front of me. Could have put a sign or just told me from the start instead of making me stand there like a fool.

Feel scammed, I bought this Fish Skin snacks at Irvins Somerset outlet for $9, but I later found out the exact same thing at Cold Storage cost only $6.60, the price before discount is only $7.90. Still cheaper than what this outlet is selling. I feel cheated for paying extra $$ but luckily I only buy 2 packets and a box of mix & match bundle. They should at least offer something else to make it special and different from the ones selling in supermarkets.

Visited the shop before dinner around early evening and there was queue. Although the queue was there, the service staff was efficient so the waiting time was quite short. Saw that there was the truffle chips so decided to give it a try. The chips tasted quite good and the crunch is there. Overall, a good snack!

i was a bit confused with the place, but when i arrived the workers are super super noce and helpful! the price worth it as well not too expensive. Definitely 10000000⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the services! i’d love to coming back here❤️

There’s a wide selection of snacks in here and the staffs are helpful and attentive. A must visit when you’re around 313.

The staff member, a Malay man wearing glasses and a black t-shirt, was impatient and made it difficult to browse the shelves. The manager repeatedly pressured us to checkout quickly, preventing my family from adding more items to our cart. The junior staff are patient and helpful, but not the senior staff. Also, I find it unprofessional that he keeps playing loud music while stocking the shelves. The other senior staff are fine, but the one with glasses got angry when a junior staff politely assisted another customer. If your team members really show negative towards junior staff means this company does not respect everyone. Furthermore, my family members have difficulty communicating, and we couldn't hear our conversations due to the loud music played by a senior. The loud music made us feel very uncomfortable and agitated. Additionally, there appear to be supply chain management issues. Many returning customers are unable to make purchases due to insufficient stock, with products seemingly being prioritized for retail shops. It's also very disappointing to see a lack of product offerings for customers. After we left the location the managers keep complaint in mother tongue that customer are so cheapskate and acting like his best salesman of the year.
