Was around Ion orchard when I saw the Hennessy Pop up event at the Ion Art Gallery. Wanted to have a look but the staff were quite condescending at the way they treated me. Was wearing regular clothes (t shirt with long pants and shoes and tote bag) but it seems that they only care for guests who are more formally dressed. When I arrived one of the staff just pointed to the pop up entrance where another staff outside the exhibition said 'what are you here for? Why are you here?' I told him that the other staff standing at the counter told me to go over to the exhibition without saying a word. After which I went back to the counter, where I asked them more about this event and one of the staff just told it it was fully booked for a couple of hours and when I said it's ok because I didn't want to wait at least 3 hours, they replied scarastically 'hope to see you again sir'. To whoever is responsible or in charge of this pop up event please teach your staff to not treat others condescendingly and to properly explain if there is any conditions to entry (e.g attire, timeslots etc...).
