Dr Ooi is friendly and patient throughout the whole consultation. He took time to explain and his advices help me see a bigger picture of the current challenges. Those sleepless nights should not be there if I have spoken to him earlier. Now I know the steps to take from here and what to look out for. Dr Ooi did an online consult for my dad. He was professional and warm and systematic in his explanation as to the kind of care he recommends given my dad’s uniquely complicated medical condition and age. It was a very pleasant and assuring experience both both online and onsite. I highly recommend to anyone who requires an oncologist.

I was diagnosed with advanced stage (stage 4) cancer in Apr 2019. The PET/CT scan shown the cancer has spread to various parts of my bone and lymph nodes. The uncontrollable bleeding from the outgrown tumor required me to be hospitalised immediately with treatment and cancer wound management. I was referred to Dr Ooi from ICS by my oncology surgeon for treatment. I thank God for His connection to ICS especially Dr Ooi. Throughout my treatment journey, I didnt experience any hair lost or unbearable uncomfortable feelings. Dr Ooi's rich experience and unique treatment approach not only brought me joy and peace, it also doesn't make me have any feeling that I'm a cancer patient. I can even joke that I'm just having a pimple instead of a wrist like tumor. After 50 days+ hospitalisation, I have been gradually back to my active lifestyle with the encouragement from Dr Ooi and the care giver team in ICS. I collected my PET/CT Scan on 3 Dec 20 to assess the after treatment status. Praise the Lord, I'm under full remission from Cancer in response to the treatment! Me & my family's sincere gratitude to Dr Ooi and the care giver team from ICS for their professional & family-like treatment and caring. I pray all is well to all the patients and everyone in ICS 🙏
