I’ve been to Illumia Face several times and love it more and more with each visit. Lili is warm and welcoming from my first trial, the Masters (Bella and Joy) and Wendy are really superb and skilful, Ning Ning is also kind and friendly. Every session feels like a treat, and I always look forward to coming back :)

Just went for my 7th session (1 trial + 6 session package) and I can really see such a big difference from my before-and-after photos! I've always wanted to try bone reshaping and decided to just go for it. No regrets at all!
My main concern was that my face looked asymmetrical, with the right side (especially the jaw) being bigger. Master Joy and Master Bella have different techniques, but both are super skilled and know what they're doing. My face was a bit sore after the first session, but it wasn't painful, just wasn't used to the pressure initially. The subsequent sessions were totally fine!
Wendy and Ning Ning are also really good with their massages and skincare. Everyone there is so nice, friendly, and always makes sure I'm comfortable every time I visit. I honestly hope and believe that I'll be able to see even more visible differences after i complete the full 20 sessions. Highly recommend trying them out!

Tried out Kimlim’s YouthGlow, was assisted by Karen, Ning and Master to let me know which areas on my face could be better. Treatment was uncomfortable but everyone has well informed me of what to expect before the actual treatment. Very interesting experience that you should try! :)

I enjoyed my experience at Illumiaface. Master Joy and Bella are very skilful professionals. Ning was very awesome at her massage as well. Results can be seen in one session but multiple sessions recommended. No hardselling here and Karen the consultant was professional in recommending what is good for you. The environment is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I came for a prenatal pregnancy wellness treatment trial, which lasted about an hour. I appreciated the structured approach, as it allowed me to know what to expect at each stage. Master Joy skillfully addressed the knots in my body while being gentle, ensuring a relaxing experience. The massage cream had a calming scent that added to the overall sense of relaxation.
I had read reviews mentioning improved sleep after the treatment, and I did experience deeper sleep that night!
I didn’t catch the name of the lady who welcomed me and explained the treatment before and after, but she was very helpful and provided clear information. Thank you for a pleasant and soothing experience!
