Convenient location and a great assortment of ice cream and drinks. The quality of the ice cream was unexpectedly impressive. Loved that the ice cream balls were just a huge size, and I love ice cream😄 There are a few chairs and a small bar right there so you can eat your ice cream on the spot.I was lucky that there was no line and I got my ice cream almost immediately. I highly recommend this little cafe, especially on a hot day!

Ice cream was soso. $10.90 for double scoop, expected way better quality but the texture of the gelato was just sticky and didn’t feel smooth/creamy at all.

$7 just for orange infused water. I ordered for an orange lychee mocktail. There was no hint of lychee. Not worth the price. Disappointed.

Today i was roaming around Orchard and there I tried Singapore’s 🇸🇬 famous gelato and Waffle @ Ice point. Their gelato is very iconic and the egg waffle also has a distinct flavor. I tried the yogurt strawberry 🍓 gelato with egg waffle and the combination is super good. .
The shop decoration is kinda instagramic and there also I find a mini merlion which was very fantastic to take pictures with .
They also sell bubble tea and some more flavorful popsicles. The staff there also was very friendly. I really recommend you to go and try gelato and waffles @ Ice Point when you are in Orchard, Singapore. 🇸🇬

Ice cream melt really fast. Tried the Blue Pea/Hokkaido milk. It tastes really ordinary. Don’t taste like a premium flavour. Think it’s special because it offers Keto ice cream too.
It serves bubble tea and mock tail fruit juice too. Limited seating.

Dear Ice Point Customer Support Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment, Ice Point. On 5 October 2023, I visited your location and purchased a cup of grapefruit passionfruit beverage that left me extremely disappointed.
First and foremost, I was surprised to find that the beverage I ordered was priced at $6.90. I believe this is significantly overpriced, considering the quality and quantity of the product I received. I had expected a reasonable cost for a refreshing beverage, but this price seemed excessive for the quality received. It tastes worse than a packet drink.
Moreover, the beverage I received was not even served cold, as one would expect from a place named "Ice Point." The lack of proper cooling greatly affected my enjoyment of the drink. Additionally, the beverage was not filled to the brim, leaving me feeling as though I did not receive the full value of my purchase.
As a customer, I believe in fair pricing and receiving a product that meets basic quality standards. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Ice Point did not align with these expectations.
I hope that my feedback helps improve the quality of service at Ice Point for all customers.

Nice waffles with Gelato here. The only setback is limited space and non aircon. Highly recommend the waffles and Gelato. Drinks are a bit sweet. Popsicles not so nice in my opinion. Nice and friendly staff.

Kindest staff ever! I ordered take away but ended up not eating my waffle with ice cream in the mall, so I went back to the shop and ask of I can dine in and they allowed me. When i opened my food, the ice crema already melted and my waffle became really cold, gosh! The staff gave me a new ice cream!(up to u to imagine if its free or not, but I was really happy!!!) And she heated up my waffle! Imagine the inconvenience I caused her(sad I didn't get her name) but she is the best! Ice Point is the best spot for you to take a break and eat yummy waffle and tasty drinks ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Thank u so much Ice Point at Centrepoint! ♥️♥️♥️

Really quick service, I got my Thai bubble milk tea in under 2 minutes! They had a wide range of ice cream and gelato options too with a great ambience :)
