The boss, KC, is very friendly and approachable.
I first met up with KC, close to 10 years ago, when I was doing window shopping admiring the watches displayed. He was willing to talk to me and shared with me his knowledge about watches. Very approachable, humble and friendly guy!
So when my mother’s watch required services, I thought of giving KC a try. Especially when my mother’s watch has a customised bezel, which Rolex service centre doesn’t except customised watch to service
Thankfully, KC didn’t fail me and lived up to expectations. The watch was perfectly done up and cleaned. The price was reasonable.
The whole experience was great- from sending the watch to him, to collection.
Strongly recommended!
It was funny, when KC was wondering why was I taking so many photos. Hahaha…
After he knew, I was doing a google review- then he was at ease.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable in the watches, taking the time to explain to me what are the differences between the different models. Every watch also comes with their respective certification so you can be sure of the authenticity of the watches.
Their prices are also one of the best around the area. If you ever want to let go of your old watches, they do buy back watches at competitive prices. Highly recommended!

Bought my first Rolex watch here back in 2007. Was advised by Seller to purchase the GMT instead of Submariner and I am glad I bought it.
Seller was very patient and knowledgeable as I was hesitating for about an hour. Very Reputable Shop, will buy from him again in future.

Today was my first time sending 2 watches of mine (Omega Seamaster Diver 300m & my mom's Seiko Sapphire Crystal) for repair. The repair cost was reasonable and I admire the hospitable customer service. I highly recommend Horological Restoration Centre Ptd Ltd for future customers.

It was just by chance & pure luck that I found Horological Restoration Centre on 24 August 2024. I was at Lucky Plaza walking around looking for a place to have lunch, when I sighted this shop front with the slogan "Life Is *In The Moment* I stopped dead in my tracks & looked into the shop. The Shop name & slogan impressed me so I decided to walk in to find out more about their service & if they could look at my 35+ years old Movado watch that had stopped working. The shop is run by a husband /wife team, Kasey Poh & Clarins. She is very nice & friendly. Speaking to Kasey gave me the confidence that he would give me the right advise for my watch. I had expected my old watch required servicing plus change of battery. After examining my watch Kasey told me no servicing was required , only a change of battery costing SGD 30. I purchased a special sincere watches limited addition iwc a few years ago..brand new ..the winder failed and I took it into iwc sydney ..they looked up serial number and as told to me it was registered as sold on the day I brought it...they mishandled the rear glass and it broke ...the outcome it is being repaired etc free of charge ...the downside is 3 months wait for parts ..this was 2 nd iwc I had brought and what I was told about warranty etc was true ..nothing worse buy overseas and be told only accept local warranty obviously iwc is international in their thinking
