Margaret, the nurse, was super professional, and she helped me with my fear of needles. She found my vein easily, and it didn't hurt much when she took three blood samples! The place is a bit small, but the service is fast and professional. I highly recommend booking an appointment instead of just walking in. Try out their snack and drink with chocolate flavour is nice

What a rainny day!Running cats and dogs. I'm wet! A very nice lady staff brought me a chair so that I can wipe myself down. Was a great experience with service team with smile and welcome! Happy staffs happy client! Nurse was professional only required one time to take my blood. After blood test you can enjoy some coffee & snacks. 😇 …

This is second time to have a screening test. Last year I could find some symptom thanks to the detail screening I had here. There are some plans to choose. If you want to check details on your health status, definitely I would recommend the plan with details check.
The staffs here are all kind and nice and all the process is efficient.
As I needed to do fasting for 8 hrs prior to the screening test, I was hungry during the test. They offer free coffee and cookie. I really appreciated for this service.

My 3rd year going to HOP and it's really efficient, all tests can be done within 1 hour. All the staff have great positive attitudes and make the whole process quite seamless/not scary. Price point is also great when you get packages/bundle promo

The customer service here is wonderfully friendly, and the staff drawing blood are excellent — honestly the most professional and least painful experience I’ve ever had (and my pain tolerance is not great).
But the waiting time? That’s another story that explains my rating. I have been fasting for more than 16 hours, and yet I had to wait over an hour just for a simple ECG. People who arrived after me were done and gone, while I was still sitting here. Is the ECG machine powered by a hamster on a wheel?
By the time I finally get called, I think I could have completed an HDL meal and digested it too. The wait itself is probably doing more to raise my blood pressure than the test results ever will. I am still waiting as I am typing this, it has been more than one hour..

i had a great experience at whitecoat for my body checkup. All staff is helpful and always keep the smile on face and have concerned about your feeling. Nurse Michelle and all front desk staff so nice.

Good service. Very patient and caring when assisting my elderly mum for her health screening while i did my own health scan concurrently too!
Admin counter staffs are also helpful when there was some payment amendments required.

staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I had a few queries regarding the most appropriate test for me and they were responsive. Candy and Mala (who helped me take blood pressure/ draw blood) were also attentive and warm. Pleasant experience throughout

I took the executive plan. The nurses and staffs are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Nurse Candy helped me on ECG and Tonometry, she made the experience more pleasant. Doctors are approachable and explained everything patiently and in detail. No hard selling to take on more tests.
I’ll definitely recommend HOP Medical Center for health screening. Edit: come on weekday except Friday it has much less queue.
