The signature bowl I ordered, is absolutely delicious! Probably a Singapore favorite dish with comes with Bursting flavors with good combination of their vegetables. The owner, is also very polite and cheerful. She will asked for your preference, your taste like or recommend you on her other signature dishes. But the fish, mixed with the vegetables with a little bit of rice. Is truly remarkable when it enters your mouth, the flavors run around your mouth is like a rainbow with flowing colors in it! Definitely won't disappoint! I Highly Recommend to everyone, because is worth the journey! Worth the wait! I'm buying again next week.

Multiple times I walked passed this stall with long queue at the Food Republic Shaw Centre, I always felt skeptical and thought it was a normal fish soup stall. Till one day, I ordered their Number 1. which is their signature sauerkraut fish soup with rice. To my surprise, The vegetables were chewy with that bouncy taste, almost is totally a Fine Dining feel. The I tried to eat the vegetables mixed with the chillies, surprisingly the chillies were Not spicy at all. The soup, were hard to identify. As the soup seen like a flowing oceon, when you drink it the first sense is this dish is similar to the steam fish from the Chinese banquet. When it comes to fish, not many fish soup owners tends to handle it properly. But this stall, they were able to cook it perfectly. The fish grouper was tangy, juicy yet unbreakable! Excellent combination of everything into a pot. I definitely will come and eat at this stall everyday! This is truly cook by heart as I can taste with sense, texture, creativity, ingredients chosen and freshness!

No wonder i see so many people eating this during lunchtime. Saw reviews and ordered the signature and first bite of the fish is really fresh and al denta textured . The full of spring onions are my favourite with the sour a bit spice numbing soup. For $13+ for small really is little fish, very fast finish and left over a lot of cabbages. Highlight is the fish. Maybe can ordered big less cabbages. The steam rice is good too ( not always get good rice else where). Plus eat with the OG lime /lemon juice , perfect to reduce the hotness and or spice.

Will buy from this stall whenever I am in Orchard. Ingredients are fresh and the soup is just at the right sourness and saltiness. Give quite a bit of 青椒。standard was not as good when I tried other 酸菜鱼stall

There was a long queue at noon, so I didn't get to eat. I could only take it away after work. The fish chef said that taking it away should also be a ritual. They were very attentive and made it beautifully. Just looking at it makes me drool [色][色][色]

I come here to eat several times a week. It has become my canteen. The black fish fillet with green pepper is fresh and delicious. The black fish fillet with tomato soup is very rich.

I've eaten there several times a week since they opened because the fish fillets are fresh and boneless. But recently I've been particularly disappointed. The fish fillets taste like tofu—thin and crumbly. It's definitely not what I expected; the fillets are noticeably thinner and less plentiful, and there are even tiny fish bones that pricked my gums. I took it to the owner, and she apologized and explained that they used a different type of fish. Should I continue to support them?

It's delicious! And the food is so friendly. I can eat it every day without getting tired of it. Haha. I eat it every day. I add noodles and rice to it. Haha. I don't know what it's called, but it's delicious. 🥺
