I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Home Sweet Home! Finding a domestic helper was a breeze, thanks to Rita's exceptional support throughout the whole process. She was super responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure I had everything I needed. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free! I'd highly recommend Home Sweet Home and especially Rita to anyone looking for a reliable agency. Thanks again to Rita!

I am writing this review to share my experience with both the agency (Rita) and the helper they placed with me, CONMIGO ANGELICA. From the start, the helper showed serious issues with suitability, basic competency, and safety awareness, despite the agency assuring me she could handle household tasks and childcare independently. Some recurring problems included: 1. Attitude and Communication Issues • Frequently walked away mid-conversation or refused to respond • Avoided eye contact and reacted with visible frustration • Was resistant to feedback and unwilling to improve 2. Hygiene and Work Quality Concerns • Poor hygiene habits despite reminders • Required constant prompting to wash hands • Took 3–4 hours to cook a single dish despite claiming to be able to cook independently • Needed supervision for very basic tasks and showed little initiative to learn 3. Safety Risks Involving My Children • Left bathroom floors wet with soap, causing my daughter to slip • Improperly stored items in the freezer, leading to objects falling and hitting my daughter • Most concerning, she failed to supervise my 7-year-old son, who was seen opening the window lock and nearly climbing out—something that could have resulted in a very serious accident if a family member had not intervened These were not isolated events but a repeated pattern that created unnecessary stress and safety risks at home. 4. Disappointing Agency Response I raised these issues with the agency multiple times, but their response was not supportive. Despite the helper clearly overpromising during the interview and being unprepared for the role, the agency: • Took no accountability for the mismatch • Did not provide meaningful follow-up, retraining, or mediation • Insisted that I pay again for a replacement helper As a working parent with young children, I relied on the agency’s professionalism and assurance that the helper would be capable, honest, and willing to learn. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I hope this review helps other families make informed decisions. Hire them at your own risk.

This is not the first time we have reached out to your agency, yet nothing has been done. Instead, all we get are delays, excuses, and zero real support. The helper you recommended has caused us countless problems and unnecessary stress at home. We approached your agency multiple times, but no proper solution was ever provided. Even the service commitments you agreed to before we engaged your agency were not fulfilled. If your agency is unable to provide full service coverage, then do not make promises to customers. This kind of behaviour feels completely dishonest and misleading. It is unacceptable that after signing the agreement, we received absolutely no support from your side. We would have been fine if your agency had at least guided or advised the helper to improve, but that never happened. Instead, you repeatedly claim you “cannot advise” on various matters, clearly trying to push away your responsibilities as an agency, even after we have already paid for your service. This entire experience has been a nightmare. We will never engage your services again, and we genuinely feel that dealing with your agency has been one of the highest-risk and most disappointing experiences we have had.

Jason from HSH came highly recommended by a friend, and I am so glad we decided to work with him. From the start, he took the time to listen carefully to our needs and requirements, which immediately put us at ease. He was very clear and patient in explaining the process to us, and he was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. What stood out most was how genuine and attentive he was. Jason didn’t just send over profiles — he made sure to carefully vet each one before recommending them, so we knew he was looking out for our best interests. He followed up closely at every step and never made us feel rushed. Instead, he guided us patiently and thoughtfully, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. We truly appreciate the effort, care, and professionalism Jason showed throughout. Thanks to him, we felt supported and confident in making the right choice for our family. If you’re looking for someone who really listens, understands, and goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend Jason enough.

This is our second time using Home Sweet Home Professional Recruitment Agency. Rita really remembers what we need and was super quick in helping us find a helper. She’s patient, responsive, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Big thanks to Rita!

We got our first helper from HSH and it turned out to be a complete disaster. She was lazy, stubborn, calculative, doesn’t even care about the children, and simply refused to listen or follow instructions. After the first month, we went back to Rita to give feedback. Two months later, the same issues persisted with no improvement. We requested for a replacement, only to face another nightmare. Rita kept dragging the process, giving endless excuses and repeatedly saying there was “no suitable candidate” for months. Meanwhile, our replacement period expired after six months. Throughout this time, we constantly chased Rita every 2–3 weeks, only to receive the same unhelpful response again and again. If you cannot fulfill your promise of providing a replacement helper, then don’t overpromise at the start. This agency and Rita have shown zero accountability, offered nothing but excuses, and the quality of helpers provided is utterly terrible. This is by far the worst helper agency I have ever dealt with. Engage them at your own risk. This is my first and last time using HSH.

I have engaged your services for a helper and have repeatedly provided feedback regarding her attitude, areas of improvement, and wrongdoing. However, until now, there has been no effective solution provided, and the responses from your agency have been slow and filled with excuses. This complete lack of accountability and urgency is utterly unacceptable. I will never recommend this agency to anyone, as engaging with you is clearly a risk and a waste of time.
