First time getting contact lenses. Jed has been extremely patient and was willing to answer any questions that I had. He explained how astig angles work, which is something I’m not aware of after wearing glasses for around two decades. Very professional place - would recommend.

Outstanding service! I dropped by the store yesterday as I'd been having some issues with my contact lenses and the staff members promptly sat me down for an eye check, offered to replace my lenses while they took the rest for checking, and even gave me some daily lenses to tide me over for the weekend. Staff members are very polite, patient, and professional.

Came on a weekday afternoon and I was the only customer. Staff was thorough and professional in giving the eye examination and also in checking the fit of the contact lens, recommending a different brand when the fit was not so good. She was also very patient to explain and guide me through the wearing process, making sure I was comfortable with putting the lens on/ taking them off before leaving. Very good experience, especially helpful for first time contact lens wearers!

Been their customer since the shop was at wilkie edge. My main purchase point for contact lens. Staffs are patient and explain well on all ur questions. Would recommend this place.
