The triple supreme matcha latte is outstanding! The mochi is so soft and the pairing of the layers are harmonious. Really love it so much!

Really yummy drinks, if you like matcha latte, you have to try the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte, it is to die for! The only downside to this shop is how crowded it is, you have to wait quite a bit for your order.

Very good and prompt service. Drink tastes nice too but a little on the sweeter end. Will be a 5 stars if there is an option of zero to 1/4 sugar. Min sugar at 50%, which is higher than usual threshold but nonetheless, will be back for more drinks. Lovely staff.

@ION Mall, it’s easy to find on the basement floor, in the same area as the other food court outlets. I ordered the popular Fluffy Cloud Grape was super good, fresh with grape jelly inside. However, even though the shop wasn’t crowded, the waiting time was quite long — it took about 20–30 minutes for just two drinks. This was likely because they were also handling online orders. 29/05/2025

Great place, nice staff and fantastic drink. The Triple Supreme Matcha Latte at Heytea @ ION is amazing - super rich, creamy, and packed with deep matcha flavor. Perfectly balanced sweetness and a smooth, velvety texture.

Tried Lisa’s heytea drink and that did not disappoint! The matcha cloud was rich, and the coconut really cuts through the bitterness. The blue part was tasteless. This is like matcha with coconut milk. Opt for zero sugar if you aren’t a fan of sweet stuff.

HeyTea at ION is amazing! Their cheese tea and fresh fruit teas are always on point. Love the rich flavors and premium ingredients! The quality of Heytea never disappoints—ION outlet keeps the standard high. The green grape boom is a must-try!
