Terrible massage. My back was a bit stiff. I decided to get a massage to feel better. Today I cannot move my neck or bend over. I had to ask the person doing the massage to put less pressure multiple time and to stop playing with my neck as he was causing me pain. Not to mention the elbow pressure on the spine directly. I do not think he knew what he was doing. I do recommend to stay away from this place.

Terrible service. Left my foot to soak for an extra 10mins without drying until it was pruning. I asked for a towel to dry my feet out of the tub first if there was nobody to assist but even that they couldn’t do. At the end of the foot massage he placed a scorching hot towel on my foot that actually scalded me. My foot is still red the next day from the burn. Please avoid.

Be very careful they start the time when you enter the shop and not the when the massage starts, I had gone there couple of weeks ago at late in the night so did not make a fuss about it as other people would be disturbed but make sure you take note of your timing otherwise the masseuse will definitely not massage the whole time paid for. Massage was also just okay

I was visiting from Australia and explained my sciatica to the lady masseur. I was so impressed - not only was the massage incredible and pain relieving, but she left me with stretches and exercises to reduce the pain in the long term. Wish I could go here every week!

The young guys that worked there weren't the best at customer service and were just on their phones outside but thankfully I had a lovely gentleman called Boon. I had a foot massage and Boon was amazing. I could really feel the difference after the massage. Great pricing too. Highly recommend Boon if you go here.

This place isn't very well known, but it is great. My parents visited this place 7+ years ago and yesterday I went there too for my shoulder and neck. I took the 1 hour foot+shoulder massage ($40 SG) and it was great. The employee does it strong and hard (I was in pain, which was great) and I left with almost no further strain in these areas. The next day (today) my father had his back hurting, so he took the 1 hour massage and boy is he a lot better now. 10/10!

1 of the more affordable massages around the area- you will quickly realise that Herbal Footcare dominates Orchard Plaza; they have quite a few branches there. Service is acceptable- they are quite friendly and not pushy. The place isn’t the cleanest (no in-between sanitisation) but the masseurs definitely know their stuff!
