I am very disappointed with the service at this place. The staff, mainly jiayu,with the blue shirt who works at the counter treated us with no respect. He kicked us out of the room mid-song , when our time wasn't even up yet. He didn't tell us politely but instead shouted at us , "there are people waiting outside you know", when there was no one to be seen outside our door. The fact that our time wasn't up and he burst into the room whilst we were still singing ruined the atmosphere and our moods. I hope the management can resolve this issue in a timely manner to bring better experiences to their customers. Once again, I am extremely disappointed with the service and I hope something can be done to improve it.

the guy who served me yesterday in a blue shirt i think he is the manager, very very bad attitude. bought vouchers from tik tok and wanting to use it nicely xplained to him y i had to pre booked the room and he kept giving me an attitude like i was a difficult customer but i am just one who wanna use and claim my voucher. He was so impatient with me and the system of claiming the voucher, such bad service but its just from him and i would never visit somerset outlet if i see him working on that day.

I think I’ve found my favorite Orchard karaoke place. The deal sealed the deal very good! Top notch customer service best in Singapore! Will definitely come back for Melvin’s service!

Staff was ok, not rude but Keep noticing the staff keep checking the room every few minutes by peeking into the room, felt very intrude during my whole singing session, strongly not recommended this location, didn’t had this experience at other outlet. First and last

Visited on weekday evening after 7.
Made a booking via call in the afternoon and staff are very helpful in the suggestions regarding the number of people and size of room to choose.
Price is pretty cheap for its location. Rooms are efficient and quite comfortable.
Note to improve: songs can be chosen from the app but the instructions are not clear (not clear for first timer). The QR code is hidden in the karaoke machine ☹️ it took me 10 mins to figure it out
If this can be printed out as a flyer (instruction + QR code) then it’s easier to pass around and set up the app.
