Good slippers. I always wear them on every occasion. Including going to the hospital with my wife. Until she say she want throw my slippers away :’(

Excellent service this past Wednesday evening. Had gotten a pair too large and unfitting for me over last Saturday afternoon after no one that shift bothered to assist me in trying anything on though the store was empty. Fast forward to Wednesday and the sales assistant who helped me process my exchange was so sincere and friendly despite there being other customers she was also trying to help. She even helped me figure out what to do with the outstanding amount left after the exchange, and I got a cute grape badge to put on. Five stars ONLY for her and tbh none for those on the Saturday afternoon shift.

We were looking for a new pair of sandals when shopping at Takashimaya Shopping Center. Havaianas showed up on our research within a few hundred feet.
We got a pair of sandals from Havaianas 10 minutes after we found the store. The store has many choices of sandals. We have what we want, and the store workers are pleasant!

Very bad service — the exchange policy is hidden and unfair. The staff, except for one person( a young men ) were terrible. This is the first and last time I’ll ever buy there.

The staff is rude. Didn’t let me look slowly, kind of rushed to ask me which size I needed and directed me to the counter.. and during payment she didn’t give instructions or saying any word, not even a “thank you”
Maybe she just had a bad day…
Always love Havaianas, but maybe not the service in Takashimaya Singapore. Sorry

Lousy service at this store..Walked in the store & staff not even coming up to assist until I went to the counter to check for my size…Both staff were busy chatting & arranging sandals at the counter & not attending to walk in customer…Bad experience….

Kinda worse experience maybe. When you purchase online and you unable to exchange the size when u got the wrong size. Quite upset. I am not asking for a refund. i just requested for the
wrong size to be changed but nothing can be done. Exchange 7days they didn't even reply any thing when u went all the way to the shop they jus rejected your request and wait for email reply. The answer is no

However found the very same pair of flip flops on Shopee at SGD30/- as compared to my purchase price at SGD55/- at Taka
