Have been visiting this place for awhile now but the service and quality of work gotten way worse than before.
Gel nail starting to chip from the cuticle area a few hours after it has been done.
They offered to fix it which is great but after the fixing other nails started to chip as well. Very obvious from the side that the gel layer is coming off but the technician says it’s bound to be like that which definitely is not true!
Don’t recommend this place anymore! Don’t plan to come back too!

ive been a member for 4-5 years and my nails are always perfect after getting them done here! my nails break very easily but the team always does a great job with the overlays and shaping so i always come back and don’t get them done elsewhere 🩷

Speedy service, average skills however I remain skeptical with the provision of the service. Note: if you like dramatic lashes that is more than 13mm then not your place.
Context: Booked through ClassPass (Fairy Style Lashes) with 24 credits, first thing I got asked was how much are my credits in SGD. Lash Tech, believe her name is Fang asked how long do I usually take my lashes. I told her 13mm usually, which then she told me they only have max 12mm. What I am skeptical about is the fact that it’s also the first time I’ve came across lash extensions studio that only comes with lashes max 12mm, and only C curls?! Many places would have until 14mm or even 15mm.
And. Her attitude was stoic and cold from beginning to end. Even when I completed the service, she was sitting in the rest corner of the shop with her phone, thought I need to fill a form or something, without clear indication to that, I had to ask if it’s good for me to go. All these added to why I become skeptical. Could this be because I am not a “paying” customer since I am utilising my ClassPass credits and not “real money”, hence there’s limitations to the service e.g. no longer lashes, cold attitude etc (which I hope it was just my misunderstanding). But hey, just to clarify, ClassPass credits are purchased with real money and probably convertible to cash value for withdrawal within merchant’s system.
If it’s not about the ClassPass, then I think there’s a lot of improvement needed to the studio— The lashes length and curlness being one, and the lash tech’s attitude; My lash looks like I did nothing for some reason 😅

Thank you, boss lady, for the great service today. The nail artists at this salon always do such a wonderful job, and I’m always very satisfied with the results. Once I started coming here, I never wanted to go anywhere else.

AVOID DOING CAT EYE NAILS HERE！
They will charge you insanely high for it and then they will talk you into signing on their package to even out the balance to an acceptable number.
But eventually I look at the work done and it’s same as what I would get around bugis. Average finishing, uneven thickness on some nails. That audacity to charge me double the market price really puts me off.
Paid once for the lesson, never returning.

The lady boss is from China and only hire 3 workers but accept multiple bookings hence all the appointments are arranged back to back so if 1 customer is late , the remaining customers are all affected and the staffs do not even have time to go toilet or eat.
This is suppose to be a self care therapy but end up it is like taking a bullet train since everything is done in an express manner due to poor manpower allocation . After their master nail therapist MIYA left , the 2 workers are squeezed to work 24/7 for nails , eye lash , waxing & facial.
During your first visit , the lady boss will treat you like a VIP enticing you to sign up a package with them. Once the payment is done, it will be super hard to get an appointment of your preferred date and time with your preferred therapist instead you got to accommodate to their availability.
In short, please think twice before going into this shop and enter at your own risk! May the odds be with you if you step in. For the price you pay, you deserve a better service in return plus quality work!

Disappointed with Cat Eye Effect Nails
I checked via WhatsApp if they could do the cat-eye heart shape effect, and they confirmed they could. However, when I arrived the next day, they said they didn’t have the magnet for it. This was really disappointing since the heart cat-eye design was the main reason I chose this salon—I could have gone elsewhere that actually offered it.
I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff tried to make up for it by hand-drawing a heart design with the cat-eye effect, though it wasn’t very visible. While I appreciate the effort, it wasn’t the design I originally wanted.
Total cost: $80 (though they initially tried to charge $90, adding $10 for cuticle cutting).
Design: The ribbon design was actually a sticker and not hand-drawn.

Decide to give this place a try after walking past the shop and seeing their designs on IG.
Stopped by at ~6:10pm, and was immediately greeted. Everyone in the shop is very warm and friendly (You really feel like you're at your friends house). They also do not practice hard selling. The chairs are comfortable, the environment is clean and hygienic.
The lady boss was proactive in cleaning my cuticles and hangnails. The prep work is done beautifully and it did not hurt (see close up pic). Doreen (my assigned manicurist) took her time to curate and customize the colour palette for me. And when the yellow was too dark, she would wipe it off and change the colour "If too yellow it will look like stain/iodine solution". I felt that she is a true artist and takes pride in her designs.
This store specializes in Nail Art and even 3D modelling. They have 1000+ colours, shades, tones, finished to choose from. Not to mention they have a cabinet filled with Gems, beads and Swarovski crystal for embellishments.
I will be coming back and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for reasonably priced high quality manicure to give them a try.
