Glad I gave Hachi nails a try. Manicurists were super attentive and meticulous. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. Promotion rate of $78 for classic mani and pedi was such a treat! Hopefully such promotions can be introduced regularly. The best part has got to be their non-hard selling which can be a huge turn off. Will be back again!

Really happy with my first visit to Hachi! I showed Eni the nail set I wanted and shared my concern that it might not suit my short nails. She reassured me she could make it work and she totally delivered. Prices are very reasonable too, they quoted me $68 based on the inspo photo and charged exactly that. It also includes hard gel, so I'm hopeful these nails will last.

I've been coming to this salon ever since it opened, and it's consistently been a great experience. I kept coming back to Hachi to get my nails done cause each time I always feel satisfied and knowing that my nails will not chip / damage ( unlike some other nail bar) and it lasted as long as I wanted it to be. They have a wide range of colour too. Staff are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They take their time to ensure everything is done just right, and they're meticulous with their work. What I appreciate most is how they always do their best to meet customer requests, no matter how detailed or specific and Jamie will ensure you will get what you asked for. No hard selling. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a team that goes the extra mile.

I really recommend Hachi Nails for their well-executed designs and clean salon. Their service is great, and honestly, I’ve hardly ever needed any repairs because their nail retention is usually spot on. When I did need a fix, they handled it quickly and perfectly. They’re also really easy to get in touch with on WhatsApp, which makes booking and asking questions so much simpler. Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to in Singapore, Hachi Nails is definitely the best in terms of speed, how accurate the designs are, and how long the nails last. The most recent time i visited, Linghui did an amazing job. Really impressed with her work! Overall, I will keep coming back. 😊

Always got my nails done here after a bad experience at another shop (always hard selling). Really honest here, i experience no hard selling at Hacho Nails! I think cos I also alw confirm the price thru whats app with the manager/boss first! So when I go down to the shop, I pay a known price alr :D. The Nail Techs are VERY detail oriented. My experience with gel-x was great. 2 nail techs did my nails, Angel & Amy i think. And they really took the time to draw design etc even past closing tome. Another experience with Tina, she really cleaned my nails well when I asked for a removal and made sure to trim my nails and file them nicely!!

I discovered Hachi Nails during a non-peak time, and since they were available to start immediately, I opted for a gel mani+pedi. It was a wonderful experience. The nails were done meticulously without any cuts, and everything was great. I don’t get my nails done very often, maybe only twice or thrice a year, so I usually just go to a place that looks clean and empty. Four months later, when I needed to get my nails done again, I decided to return to Hachi Nails because I was very pleased with their service. I came on a non-peak day (around 3:45 pm). They were busy with two customers at that time, so I asked if they could accommodate me for a gel mani+pedi. The lady said yes and asked me to take a seat first, starting on my hand about five minutes later. Without asking, she snipped my original long fingernail short (but not too short) and then asked, “Is it okay?” I frowned and sighed, but what could I do? It was already cut. I said okay since it wasn’t too short. However, she then proceeded to file all my nails very short. I was still okay with it; nails will grow. But then suddenly, another customer arrived who seemed to have made an appointment prior, and by now, they were short-staffed. My manicurist continued with my hands in a hurry, which made my nails shorter than I would have liked, the shapes were not uniform, and the gel application was not done well. By now, the other customer started to get upset because she had made an appointment but they couldn’t start and finish her nails on time, so I think she asked them to stop halfway and walked off. When I was done, I was asked if I liked my nails. Considering how busy they were, I told her my nails were much shorter than I preferred, didn’t know she’d file them so short, but it was okay, and I thanked her. She then mentioned that next time I should make an appointment first because if not, they have to squeeze me in, which can make the other person who made an appointment unhappy, like the customer earlier. She seemed disappointed at me. It felt like it was my fault now. But yes, I should have made an appointment. I really didn’t know, and they could have asked me to come back later or just declined me for not having an appointment. Now I’ll be off to my first-ever trip to Australia with my short stubby nails. Will i come back? Maybe. But with an appointment and hopefully someone else will be doing my nails.
