Did my third lobe piercing with Nicol after reading all the positive Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Nicol was super professional! Nicol was able to spot/highlight my bad second ear piercing placement (done at another place) before pre-warning me that the new third lobe piercing might not be very symmetrical but will try the bestest to make the difference as minimal as possible - which was definitely the case at the end of the session. It was very quick, was shown the new sterilised needle and the whole process probably took less than 2-3 minutes. One of the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had so far with minimal pain and such a smooth process. Thank you Nicol!

In terms of cleanliness it was good, and I specifically googled for a place with use of needles.
However the reason why I’m giving it 2 stars because, firstly, piercings are body alternations so it should be given time to really decided on placement of the piercing.
It felt rushed with Nicol. She glanced at her watch and I could feel her getting annoyed when I was doubtful do the placement.
The second day, the back of my earring came off, I returned to the shop to get the back replaced and she said it was because of “ body heat”
It’s been two weeks since my piercing, one side was pierced well however the other side was pierced higher. Thus I’m considering getting it repierced by someone else which is absolutely not ideal.
Once again piercing appointments should not be rushed.

Came to do a change of my nose and helix ring and Nicol was very efficient but gentle with her hands and kindly answered my questions patiently. She did her best to successfully remove my nose stud that was twisted in a way that was difficult to take out, and with minimal pain! She accommodated all my requests and made sure I was comfortable 👍🏻 thanks for the skilful work :)

I’m glad I came to Nicol for my nose piercing. I was nervous but she was professional, cool, calm & collected. Also very swift. Exactly what I needed. I accidentally pulled out the nose hook stud and she assisted me. Clean and conducive environment too. Thank you Nicol!

i got my nostril pierced yesterday (26/5) & it was a very smooth & tolerable process! The staff are very accommodating & knowledgeable about their work. Very kind & patient as well. Will definitely come back for other piercing jobs. Thank you so much!

I did piercing today, Nicol was so accommodating. They do show the needles that’s used, the sterilise the earrings prior piercing. The after care is shared in pdf. Nicol marks the position and lets you see if that’s okay. The whole process just took less than 3 minutes. Felt very welcomed and fun. In terms of pain, it was very minimal since anicol was very good at it. Had a great time. Thank you Nicol!

Got my helix piercing done by Nicol. I am very nervous as this is my 1st experience to do cartilage piercing. Nicol is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patience to help client to relax. Highly recommended and she really has a soft nimble touch like magic. Glad my partner recommend me to do my helix here. Will surely come back again for my next piercing and tattoo as well. I got my nipple pierced by Nicol 2.5 years ago and the whole time she was very reassuring and calm. She was very professional and quick too which relaxed me a lot.
I recently got my cartilage pierced elsewhere and it got infected, I contacted her and she was so patient and helpful even though she wasn't the one who pierced it. Thanks Nicol for all your help!

Got my helix pierced by Nicol here! He was really thorough with explaining everything. The procedure went really smoothly and was practically painless. It was performed super fast too, I was literally in the shop for less than 5 minutes.

Staff Nicole is the best!! She did my piercings 2 years ago, so when it closed up because i didn’t put a stud in for too long, i went back to her. the whole procedure is painless and fast, proper sanitising measures of hands and studs were in place way before covid.
Nicole is very easy to talk to, professional and always dish out advice on aftercare. I’ve always recommended her to all my friends who are looking to do piercings, so do look for her when you’re there!
