Nice that they are able to grind the beans to the different needs of customers. The coffee powder bag could use a better sealing system. Powder was coming out as it was only seal on one side.

I visited on the Black Friday weekend to get some coffee as gifts for 2 coffee lovers I know. The lady attending to my queries was so friendly and knowledgeable about the tasting notes of the different blends the store offered. As a non-coffee drinker, I was a bit lost on which blend to pick and how fine I should grind the beans. She gave detailed descriptions about each blend, shelf life and offered coffee samples to help me decide between the blends. From our interaction, I could tell she was very passionate about coffee! I am thankful for her recommendations and also heard rave reviews about the coffee from the 2 people who received the beans. Very positive and pleasant experience at this store, will be back for more :)

We had Gumption Latte in Sydney and the taste was just so memorable. I am so delightful to find Gumption in Singapore. Visited the shop this afternoon and Leesee was helpful in recommending coffee bean. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to try the PP bean that she recommended. Thank you for making my shopping experience so much fun.

Randomly pass by the store and decided to walk in as I was attracted to the coffee aroma! (Thumbs up if this is one of their marketing tactics😆) But it didn’t disappoint. It was a pleasant experience in store attended by the staff on a weekend. Idk her name but she was very passionate in explaining the coffee notes and brand history. They also offer FREE coffee tasting too! (They offer it themselves and I didn’t even had to ask 😂) Great shopping experience. Definitely recommend coffee lovers to check this store out if happen to be nearby. Edited (30 Jun): I realise 2 of the coffees I bought has short expiry, I bought them in June, but the expiry is in Aug and Nov - same year 2024. I didn’t checked upon purchase since the staff just took it for me, but I wouldn’t blame her since I could have checked too. Only thought to check it when I feel the coffee tasted very different and off from what I’ve tasted in store. Not much aroma. Quite disappointing, don’t think I would purchase again lol.

Had really great service today from Xandra, who was very patient, sweet and offered samples of the beans I was looking at and gave many good recommendations 😊 will definitely be back !
