A 'not helpful' pharmacy.

I just visit the 313 Gardian
Bad service… just ask her. Do you have mask? She show me there there. The face very angry. Then I ask again. Do you have by box ? She so angry and just over there. But I don’t see..then she Come and show me. Here here. With the angry sound and very angry face. Don’t go and buy there. 24/3 mornings.

Male Pharmacist with glasses and big ears 招风耳先生 doesn't like his job, grumpy and impatient when I had questions. Maybe Guardian should pay him much higher salary like 200k or more per year, so he can treat customers with better attitude.

This is not a pharmacy - there is no pharmacist available. I wasted time walking here while unwell just to be told it wasn’t a pharmacy - don’t go if you need medical assistance.

Worst pharmacist ever. Basically I can’t find the paracetamol because it was crowded at the medication section, so I went to ask him at the pharmacist’s counter. He regards everyone with contempt. If he hates his job he should quit. A stain to the service standards of all healthcare professionals. I would give a 0 but that’s not possible, so I give you a 1.
To add, he doesn’t wear his mask properly, only wears it by hanging it on his spectacle frames.

LOUSIEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Pharmacist was not friendly at all and doesn’t show any willingness to give proper advice. Keep asking *what do you mean?* do not approach him if he is on duty! Upon checking cashier, he is apparently not new and he is LOCAL!
FYI he is tall, Chinese gentlemen wearing glasses, visited on Sunday 03 Oct 10:30ish AM

Guardian has the worst pharmacists EVER.
Why bother having a physical counter when there isn’t any pharmacist around? Went to 313 Guardian and the pharmacist were OFF DUTY (twice) in two consecutive days! On the second attempt, the cashier told me the pharmacist will only be back at 3.30pm. Fine, I waited for 25 minutes and the cashier told me the pharmacist will NOT be back so soon as he (or she) has to run some errands at another branch. Obviously my time spent there has been wasted!
Walked over to The Centrepoint’s branch, and the pharmacist was on meal break. What a joke (?!)
You are supposed to save lives not make one’s life miserable!

Worst Pharmacist I have ever encountered!! His name is Edwin. Tall Chinese guy wearing glasses. When I asked him question, he just simply looking at his phone and ignoring me!!

Not sure if its a new pharmacist stationed here but he appeared to be very knowledgeable to me. He was very helpful with my condition!
