Visited this outlet 26/10/2024 and had an worse experience. No seats at all and the girls just gossiping so loudly while others just doing their school work after literally finished their drinks. And the socket is not even working!!!

Definitely the most unrated icecream shop in Singapore. When you think of GongCha, icecream is definitely not what you think they are good at. But they really do have some amazing icecreams. The texture was creamy and slightly thick. But that meant the flavours were much richer and full bodied than most icecream parlors. And there were so many flavours to try! I can't remember what I got, but here are photos of it.

Tried their specials. Pistachio milktea was oka, pistachio can be stronger. Strawberry tea vinegar was… i dont taste the vinegar. Pomegranate tea vinegar has slightly stronger vinegar taste. Also tried their tangyuan. Pearls was good but the whole bowl was not hot… not even mild warm, its bordering cold. Tangyuan skin was thick and the peanut inside felt cold. Perhaps it will be better if cooked longer

Sorry to say that the drink is still sweet even I ask for No sugar + the girl chinese staff with glasses is really rude and seems tired working. Not good to work like this !

Gong Cha never fails to please! We are pleasantly surprised with the new local offerings including warm desserts and tang Yuan! The taste is much better here in SG than it's international outlets. 😋

Though the queue at the outlet might be short, do prepare to wait for quite a while if there is any Grabfood order as the staff will be focused on settling the order instead of attending to the customers. Regardless, the quality of the Gong Cha is still up to standard.

Was always a fan of gongcha, but haven’t had it ever since they came back 😂😂 decided to drop by the outlet at 313 Somerset since I was nearby and for the first time ever I ordered a Alishan tea hot. First time trying the Alishan tea actually. It was so good! 😂😂😂 I don’t know it taste like that. I’ll be back more often! Hehehe. They even have an ice cream selection which actually looks really good! Will probably give it a try next round too! ❤️ Oh, counter staff was polite and kind too! 😊

Grabbed a bubble tea at Gong Cha after dinner. There was literally no queue and their service was quite fast. It is located outside 313 facing the main road next to the taxi stand. Gong Cha’s winter melon tea with foam is the best! Don’t forget to add herbal jelly to it and you won’t regret it. Only thing I’ll add is why they use a plastic cap for this drink instead of sealing it like other bubble teas they serve. I feel it will taste much better after mixed with the foam.

Tried their newest corn float addition, which is essentially rather overpriced corn milk 😅 priced at 7.80, while I enjoyed it, I do think it could be a little more affordable for what it is. However, giving all my stars to the kind service of the staff and overall experience.

It is a very nice place to stop and get a refreshing drink and get some work done. I appreciate the fact that they have a place to charge a laptop while you have to work for a little while. It is clean, a bathroom is nearby, and it is usually quite quiet. The staff is efficient and almost always gets my order right.
