Disappointing and Not Worth the Price
I had high hopes for this place, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. Ordered a bowl of noodles expecting a decent portion of meat, only to be served a miserable, almost laughable amount. To make matters worse, I paid an extra $4.80 for a portion of beef tendon, thinking it would at least be a satisfying addition—but what I got was a tiny spoonful that was barely enough for one bite. Seriously? At that price, I expected a little more generosity.
The broth was average, the noodles were fine, but the stingy portions completely ruined the experience. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least serve portions that make sense. Definitely not coming back.

This is a great place for noodles. Portion is big. Taste is good. Price is reasonable. $18 per bowl of noodles but the soup is really yummy. 😋
The only shortfall is limited variety of food. However, a normal bowl of noodle plus a side dish with a glass of drink, I think it is good enough.
It also has lunch deal which is much cheaper. Otherwise, if you prefer to order Ala Carte, you need about $25 to be safe.

Dropped by for a comforting bowl of hakka sauce pan mee with century egg and a superior soup version with bursting meat ball. Very satisfying 8/10

Came here on a Tuesday dinner and crowd levels are low. Heard lots of good reviews from friends that frequented here, and after my visit, I'm sure to come back and try other dishes here as well.
Went for the Dry Ban Mee Hakka style and Spicy Dark Soya sauce style, which both are colourful in flavour and texture on its own. Chewy noodles and fragrant sauces, the combination is indeed a good match. The onsen egg in the dry chilli ban mee is very cute and extra with a stand, and the gooey century egg is creamy with the noodles. Portion size is good as well.
We added on the meat balls and for $3.80 each for the add ons (3 Balls) I would say its quite pricey. But a must try for sure for its bouncy texture. Bursting meat ball sure is unique for its double layered meat fillings.
Another thing to take note is their soup served on the side for the dry noodles are really good. So much flavour and Hua Tiao Chew for a side dish and I asked for refills :")))

My favourite go to place in Somerset. Love their pork slice soup with mixian and lala soup. Their iced milk tea is great too. They have other dishes to try as well. First tried it in JB so was delighted when they came to Somerset.
