very good customer service. i reserved a dress and forgot about it and they made an effort to call me before releasing it for purchase. in store experience was great and apparels were of good quality. highly recommend

Gg5 is branded at a more premium price point with some unique designs. Great first impressions with lovely stores but after purchasing a few pieces, can confirm the quality is not the best. Black trousers purchased uses cheap dye that will come off leaving stains on skin. Material of shorts seem great at first but will quickly begin to pill. Expected better quality for the price you pay and was quite disappointed.

Beware of buying online from this boutique ! They don’t allow exchange or refund .. not even for store credits for items on special price .

The staff rearranged the clothing immediately after customer seen them ( not that they mess up). Is abit rude imo And they never acknowledged nor greet customer unlike iroo next door. Will shop at iroo instead

Asked for a top in certain size and SA immediately replied OOS without checking. Went to check online it’s available on all sizes. Seems a bit rude.
