I patronise this outlet often and this is not my first time encountering HORRIBLE attitude from this staff (Thi Hien). I visited this outlet at 1.50pm on 9 November for lunch. Usually the staff will be the one counting how many items the customer takes. I did not keep track as well so when the lady at the counter asked if I took 6 or 7 items I couldn't remember thus, I just said the bigger amount. Only after I made my payment and waiting to collect my noodles, this same lady(Thi Hien) told me off is "8 pieces and not 7 pieces" repeatedly say it. To begin with it is her job to do the counting and let the counter staff know the amount. I paid for the remaining and asked for a receipt and she told the counter lady again "Did you count in the curry?!" in a very rude tone. This is the worst attitude of a service staff I have come across, it is not that I am not willingly to pay for my meal or asking for a discount. With this kind of unprofessionalism towards customers, Thi Hien is really not fitted to be in service line. It is extremely disappointing and my meal was ruined because of this. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and sincerely hope something like this does not happen again, be it for me or someone else.

I would like to make a complain about your staff who the name is Thi Hien . I went to your outlet Wisma Atria on Sunday 14th on 3:15pm Your staff name Thi Hien was very rude to me& shouted at me . As she is wearing mask and also there is a transparent box I can’t here what she say and I stopped awhile then she make up the voice to me. Is this the way that u all serving customer .Pls take action on this matter.
