we visit singapore last month and stumble upon this place by accident. there's no garret popcorn in indonesia so far, not that I aware of. first time tasting it and it was so good like the flavour burst in your mouth. this will be my favourite popcorn after this.a great gift to bring back to home.

My favourite has got to be macadamia. It's a good balance between sweetness and nuttiness, without making the whole think too jelak. Almond is okay too but the crunch and mouthfeel for macadamia is a bit more superior in my opinion.
There used to be a lot of kernels, but lately I find that this has improved.
I was quite excited for Speculoos (limited edition) but most of it was just bits of crushed caramel rather than the popcorn. I personally think it's quite inflexible to disallow mixing of flavours with the premium flavour. I don't mind paying for the premium pricing for a bag of premium + usual flavours.
Previous limited-edition flavours that I tried were also underwhelming (e.g. matcha, chocolate peanut butter) so I recommend sampling first before purchasing. I used to love Chicago mix (Caramel + cheese) but nowadays I find the caramel too sweet for my liking - I think I'm getting old! Definitely don't buy the caramel on its own, the mix with the salty cheese balances it out. Cheese on its own is way too salty too, and there's no crunch at all in the cheese, so you definitely need the crunch from caramel (or maybe macadamia!) so you don't feel like you're eating soggy popcorn.
Overall, Garrett's remains a good souvenir, or perhaps something to bring for parties. Top recommendation 1) Macadamia 2) Almond 3) Macadamia/Almond and Cheese Mix 4) Chicago Mix. Don't recommend: seasonal flavours, unless you've sampled them.

I ordered Chicago mix, the Indian lady was just rushing my order to get out of her way - putting all cheese as she was running out of the caramel popcorn. Worst customer service! Do not order here. Terrible service on Chicago mix - ended up cheese popcorn! Not the right mix with this lady! Bought 19 Nov, 9:10pm

Im a fan of caramel crisp but this outlet’s Caramel crisp popcorn are clumped together, seemed like there’s no quality assurance. Additionally, I’m disappointed the cheese flavoured popcorn tasted “lao hong”, rather soggy, not crunchy at all and seemed not fresh. I’ve tasted better and crunchier cheese popcorns.

Yummy!! Many of my friends love buying Garrett Popcorn every time they visit Singapore so I got curious and I have to say, they taste good! I love their Caramel Popcorn and the Macadamia one (I forgot the menu name 😅). Hopefully I can buy more Garrett Popcorn once I have another chance to visit SG 👍 …

Place to go to if you have a craving for popcorn! Do try their caramel popcorn as it taste amazing unlike the cheesecorn flavour which was not great. It is hard to miss the store as it is just located right in the middle of 313 @ Somerset and right at one of the exit from the MRT station.

Big popcorn lover here. Although Garrett popcorn is expensive, it’s my guilty pleasure man. The chicago mix is good as the caramel tastes great and pairs really well with the cheesecorn, but it tends to get wayyy too sweet for me. This might be an unpopular opinion but no other cheese popcorn out there has ever beaten Garrett cheesecorn. It’s probably jelak for a lot of people but I never get tired of it.

Always love this popcorn.
They have many flavors like caramel, cheese, butter, chicago mix (mix between cheese and caramel), and specials flavors nut caramel. My favourite chicago mix. You can taste sweet and cheese at same time.
You can buy popcorn in bag ( size small, medium, large, jumbo) or tin (size quarts and gallon). Price using tin start $18 and using bag start $5.5.
