I wanted to see the bag in person before buying online but ended up buying here. Cairreo was so helpful and knowledgable. She even let me put my stuff in the bag when trying them on.

I walked in with my old handbag requesting for punching few more holes on my sling bag so that I can adjust it shorter. The lady name Angeline has been really helpful, the best is she didn’t show any attitude by knowing I am only asking for service without buying anything. I ended up buying a small scarf to put on my bag handle as additional decoration. I requested her help to wrap few scarf on my bag so that I can choose which colour the best match. Totally she wrapped 4 different scarf for me to see. She is friendly and very helpful. Like her service and will come back to her for future purchase. Thanks.

Poor quality, the leather of the shoulder strap broke after just 3-4 uses. I took it back to the store but the store staff asked me to take it outside for repair.
