Fruce is back with a freshly-updated menu and it’s better than ever! Famous for their luscious Avocado Series, Fruce has always taken pride in transforming fresh, seasonal fruits into irresistible drinks, and their latest revamp stays true to that mission—now with even more innovative pairings, upgraded flavours, and new toppings to mix and match. Coconut flesh topping is back, and they’ve rolled out a new lineup of toppings like Petite Konyaku, Chia Seeds, Pandan Froth, Kanten Kyoto and Barley Kurano - each adding texture and flair to the drink experience. Avocado D24 Durian – A bold and creamy indulgence for fruit lovers. The buttery avocado pairs beautifully with the pungent, sweet richness of durian—an unapologetically local favourite! Coconut Sumiyaki Coffee Crafted through a unique 400-whisk process, this drink hits with deep, smoky notes of charcoal-roasted coffee, rounded out by a subtle coconut creaminess. Avocado Midnight Chocolate Raspberry + Petite Sago This was a decadent surprise: bittersweet dark chocolate meets the tart zing of raspberry, with chewy petite sago pearls adding a fun bite and satisfying mouthfeel. Champagne Calamansi + Kanten Kyoto A bright, citrusy thirst-quencher where sweet and tangy calamansi meets the crisp, jiggly kanten jelly. making it as texturally interesting as it is refreshing. Housemade Taro + Barley Kurano Possibly my favourite of the lot. Using a 20-year-old family recipe, the slow-steamed Teochew taro is fragrant, earthy and subtly sweet, complemented by chewy, nutty barley pearls for a nostalgic treat. Fruce’s revamped menu has something for everyone from avocado lovers to taro fans. With every cup layered in flavour and texture, Fruce continues to prove why they’re still one of Singapore’s best dessert beverage specialists.
