Kelly is indeed a person who is particularly good at interacting with customers without persuasion. She has an added skill as a hair stylist too. She remembers my style well and able to select a piece effortlessly to my liking. She just needs to take a piece for me to try, advise on styling tips, and Voila I was attracted to it and bought a piece ! She went an extra mile to trim and touch up the piece to make it perfect for me. Thank you, Kelly :) :)
