Charming vendors that ask you for details about your personal life and sexual orientation.
Then they overcharge you by not telling you the prices and just asking you. For you PIN and signature . They do not tell you the prices .
Charged 2100 € for a regular bag of products at Suntec City .
A full scam !
Then they do not want to refund you because it is not like in the US . This is total scam !
No refund on the ticket .
No price list visible info their counter .
I would not believe this would be possible in Singapore!
This is against all the values of Singapore .

This place is totally untrustworthy. SCAM jumps to mind. Very pleasant sales staff who offer a free sample but then led to a demonstration of non invasive, rejuvenating facial treatments. However, this turned into very high pressured sales techniques. Was told products were on a special offer and ending that day (Singapore National Day to be specific). I caved into the pressure and agreed to spend $450 on the product, this was done very quickly and a receipt was not available. I thought nothing of it at the time. Upon arriving back from my vacation and recieving my creditcard statement $550 was actually taken from my card which was NOT the agreed amount. I my view this is theft, and totally imorral. be warned and don't be fooled like I was.

DONT SHOP HERE! Big scammers. The products are crap, ingredients list cannot do what they are promising. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR NOTHING.in shop they apply too much product and then rub it and say it is dead skin. IT IS NOT!! Its just too much product mixed with your swear or dirt on your skin.
I had a huge problem with refund of money. I bought products and next day I demanded refund. I was arguing with them for about a hour that I have rights to get my refund and they were trying all kinds of things to not give me my money back. At the end they were rude and snappy, but luckily i got my money back after pointing out they dont have defined “promo” in their terms and conditions (they said if they sold product as promo they cannot do refund). Dont be affraid to come and demand refund!

My skincare specialist is KC together with my beautician Kelly. They are both very professional with treatment. All the product that they have recommended me has improve my skin alot. I am very satisfied with the results and longer suffering from acne.

Originally thought the saleswomen was super friendly but soon realise that it was all a ruse to make sure you spend money. Be warned. These ladies will do whatever it takes for you to spend hundreds of dollars. No matter how much you decline or say you don’t have the money, they will try to force you to stay. Honestly, the things they tried to do to me cannot be legal.

0 stars!!! JUST DONT STOP AND TAKE ANY SAMPLES FROM THEM. JUST NO. SUPER HARDSELLING AND COERCED YOU TO DO INSTALLMENT ON YOUR CARD ON THE SPOT EVEN IF YOU SAID YOU WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT FIRST.
After 2 restless nights after my big purchase with them (huhu we're talking about a couple thousand SGD), I decided I just cant allow them to rip me off by hardselling to me those ultra expensive products. Good thing I managed to find contact detail of their head office (by pure luck and some google-ing) and demanded for refund. Unfortunately, cannot refund everything.
