Staff got my order wrong, raise the voice in a sarcastic manner when i requested for more sauce. Chicken rice is bland and tasteless

Seems like this is not the first case with your staff! Impatient and attitude staff! Paid for your food and got to deal with their freaking stare down and attitude. Double check with my order with her cos she was NOT responsive at all. And she got pissed.. Came back to collect my food but other people’s food had a plastic bag (as you can see in the photo). Mine was just the food and chilli sauce?!?!? What?? The CHINESE CHICKEN CHOPPER UNCLE LAGI WORST.. slide the boxes of food to me.. I told him - put in plastic bag la?? He stare at me like I owe him again?!?! Dafaq mannn If there’s 0 star review! Fltra Hainesese chicken rice! YOU DESERVED IT!!!! 🙄

The chicken rice and chill are very good. But service was so bad. A middle aged lady was unwilling to serve. Very rude. I wanted to pay by Shopback and told her but there was no response, so I took a little longer to pay and she was impatient. Then I expected the cashier to reflect the payment, but the obnoxious lady said she need to see the payment on my app and I showed her but she didn't even seem to notice it, and it was another staff, a young gentleman that said he noted it. To the owner: Please train your staff the basic customer service etiquette!
