I requested a bouquet at the very last minute, the night before a Christmas party at my boss’s home. I’ve always trusted this florist, so I only shared my budget and a few ideas. As usual, the arrangement turned out even better than I expected.
The Christmas décor piece was elegant and beautifully crafted - it was such a perfect festive gift, and I believe my boss loved it as well.
And I can’t forget to mention the service. If I could give 10 stars, I would. You can immediately tell when a florist puts her heart and soul into her work, not just into the product, but also into caring for her customers. She went above and beyond to ensure on time delivery despite unforeseen circumstances like heavy rain, traffic, and the peak festive period.
It truly couldn’t have been better. Thank you!

Avoid this SCAM of a company at ALL COSTS!!! I wadsapped call their number to place a direct order today 14/2/2025.A Vietnamese lady confirmed that they could make the delivery to my mum and hence I transferred payment to them via paynow at 10.47am. For the public out there just read the wadsapp conversations. Basically it was to be confirmed delivery before 5pm as my mum finishes around that time. At around 5pm, i texted my mum and to my horror, she did not receive anything. I called back on the wadsapp number and the same lady just simply told me they were still waiting for courier availability. She blamed it on the rainy weather and whatever but the fact is they had hours and hours to inform me but in the first place she was the one who confirmed the delivery before I made payment. They could have called to inform then i could have bought from another florist. In a sick twist of words she claimed I being the customer " persuaded her to do the order" and I have only myself to blame. She was also totally unapologetic and showed no professionalism. She said I was holding her back to complete her other orders and she could just refund me( it was already 5.30-6pm where would I find any last min replacements.She snarked and replied there were still many florist shops opened at that time. If I hadn't even call them back at.5plus pm to check on the delivery status they could have claimed delivered or no one picked( whichever excuse) .Simply atrocious scam company and ridiculous service staff. Should be deregistered as a company altogether!!

As a person and company there is no responsibility and integrity towards own actions towards clients. I ordered online for a bouquet on valentines day. Yes I received an email cancellation which you told me was due to the unavailability of the particular type of flowers. So I immediately wadsapp to check if another listed design on the website was avaliable. All your bouquets were listed available on your website. The lady mentioned they could not do the exact design but could do something similar. So I asked if I could make the order online.the reply was to paynow direct to the number( which i found strange). The delivery charges were all communicated by yourself via wadsapp and I agreed and promptly made payment. Feb is NOT my mum's birthday!! This is your own lies and fabrication. I sent her flowers out of appreciation for her as a mum. Because of you, she really thought there would be flowers coming. I had to rush home and drove all the way to a mall to a florist to physically buy a bouquet. All the inconvenience caused. Have a CONSCIENCE!!

I ordered flowers on Chinese New Year eve which is quite challenging as most florist do not take in last minute order. Luckily, Florita accepted my order.
The flowers were nicely arranged and based on my request and budget. Most importantly, it was delivered on time to my friend. She was impressed with the flowers arrangement and delivery. Thank you for the great service. I will order again
