I visited on a Saturday afternoon and had a beautifully tailored gown by Monday night. I still can’t believe how smoothly the whole process went. Yvonne (sorry if I am misspelling your name!) was amazing. I purchased the first dress she had me try on, and it fit my body type perfectly. This boutique / experience took away all of my poor last-minute planning anxiety. I’d recommend this boutique to anyone, and I will be back if another event warrants it. Thank you!

Having spent months looking for a suitable evening gown for my daughter’s wedding, I am thankful that I came across Flamingo. As I browsed the internet, I read particularly helpful reviews of Flamingo and its owner, Yvonne. I then made an appointment.
When I came to the shop, Yvonne was very professional in helping me shortlist the gowns according to my requirements and preferences. I told her that spring colours would suit me best, and I am rather conservative. She selected three gowns for me.
Within less than half an hour, I decided to settle for a beautiful long gown. It suits me perfectly, in terms of colour, size, cutting and design. I like the round collar, the beautiful lace adorning the dress and the peach colour. Two things helped me make the final decision: (1) a built-in bra so there is no visible bra straps or lines, creating a seamless and elegant look, and (2) the option of having the gown shortened in the future (at a reasonable fee), so I can wear the dress again for other occasions after my daughter’s wedding. As a bonus, Yvonne allowed one alteration with no charge. Since the gown size suited me perfectly, I only needed to have the length shortened to my height.
Yvonne also suggested the colour of shoes to wear. She suggested the colour champagne. I wondered aloud where to get such shoes. She helpfully suggested that I go and look at Takashimaya, which is just a short walk from Orchard Gateway where Flamingo is located. And true enough, I found the matching shoes there. I was so happy that I managed to find the evening gown and matching shoes on one shopping trip!
I would highly recommend Flamingo.

I’m so glad to have visit Flamingo Boutique. I am searching for a prom dress for my daughter and chance upon this boutique. We share with Ms Yvonne the theme we are looking for and she is very professional to advise the suitable dress which fits my gal petite size. and bloom she turned my daughter into a beautiful princess which she is very delightful with. You know talent, skill and experience when you encounter someone who has these qualities. Yvonne recommended the perfect gown to me in less than 15mins of arrival. You don't have to waste time. You don't have to do extensive research on your own. You don't have to explain your needs till the cows come home. Yvonne is quick and spot on. She gives sound advice on the pairing of accessories too, along with the gown that suits you.
Adjustments are done right on time so you have a chance to breathe before the event. I'll say go to Yvonne if you are in need of a specific formal attire; if you want to look sharp or gorgeous. Thank you, Yvonne, for such a lovely experience in such a short time. I can't wait to shine at the company black tie event next week!

We visited the boutique the first time without making an advance reservation. Nevertheless Yvonne showed us some of the gowns for me to try on. She is quite good at recommending what will suit the customer. We ended up buying one long gown. When we visited the second time to collect the altered gown we bought, we told Yvonne we were looking for short gowns and she showed us the new pieces that had newly arrived. They are so beautiful and most importantly they look good on me. So we ended up buying two more gowns from her. In addition we also bought shoes and accessories that match the dresses. There are many beautiful gowns at the shop. I will go there again if I need new formal dresses. Thank you Yvonne for your recommendations.

I recently purchased two lovely dresses from Flamingo boutique for an upcoming wedding event. The personal attention and service I received from Yvonne was impeccable. There were several elegant pieces, and Yvonne helped pick the two most suitable ones for me. The design and details are a cut above all else I’ve seen among various boutiques. She was most helpful in fitting them out for me, attending to the minor alterations thereafter. Yvonne also provided other useful fashion tips. My first visit to Flamingo Boutique was on 5/6/19 through my sister in law’s recommendation. Yvonne was there to receive me and family. She was warm and helpful in recommending me a suitable gown. I was so pleased with her recommendations that I bought it instantly.
I went back again on 22/6/19 to get a second gown from Yvonne. She was patient explaining the details of the town to me, as always.
I highly recommend brides to be and all mums of bride to visit Flamingo Boutique. You will never fail to find something that suits you.
The fabric and the cut of the gowns are flattering and most importantly, Yvonne who is knowledgeable and friendly adds to the reason to visit the shop.
