This shop is terrible. They gave me the type of hair straightening that's the worst for your health and full of formaldehyde. The smell was so strong, I felt like my lungs were suffering. I followed their care instructions, but the effect didn’t last long at all. Total waste of money! Don’t ever come here, seriously! 千万不要来！

She was patient when listening to what I wanted, provided sound advice based on my hair color history, and set the right expectations to what the color will fade into. Had a great experience! Came on recommendation of a friend. I came in with damaged and frizzy hair, regrowth and old bleached parts. I went home with the brand new hair texture and style! Josephine is meticulous and helped me achieve the look I wanted from a reference photo, even matched the colour to a T. She also gave me detailed hair care advice and was not pushy with sales. The salon itself is cozy, it is well located yet does not feel like a busy overcrowded space/mall which I liked. Overall would recommend!
