I was concerned whether the Fendi baguette I bought a few days ago in IconSiam, Bangkok maybe a fake as there was misinformation in my google research that the serial number embedded in a leather tag, in the corner/ inside a pocket of the baguette bag must be identical to the Fendi authenticity card. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Ms Sunaiza for her kindness and patience. She quickly allayed my fears and confirmed that the baguette I purchased is genuine. The first 10 digits in the serial number embedded in the leather tag refers to the model number and colour of the bag and these digits should match to the authenticity card. However, the remaining 7 digits is a unique serial number for each Fendi bag and do not need to match to the authenticity card. I am most impressed by Ms Sunaiza - she was knowledgeable, professional and yet friendly. In contrast - the SAs in Fendi Bangkok cannot hold a candle to Ms Sunaiza.

Nice shopping experience here. Got a O’Lock bag for my wife’s Christmas gift. They made the effort to bring stock from another location as we wanted to choose the bag with the right finish. Christmas special also had a little perfume diffuser glass jar as freebie. Will come back here in the future if need anything Fendi.

The ambience is so relaxing and great. The SA's are have great personality & professionalism. Good job and well done to the male Malay SA. So sorry for not paying attention to his name. He is quite tall & slightly chubby. He is very soft spoken & knowledgeable with vast experiences in this industry. Thank you so much for the effort to show around my wife with her enquiries. For sure,we will be back.

One of the best luxury boutiques that warrant multiple repeat visits ! I’m just a regular browsing customer with roving eyes for multiple brands but Fendi’s service is top notch even when they know you’re there just to browse . The team goes the extra mile to connect with you and make you feel at home . That is certainly the key differentiator compared to the many other luxury boutiques who are purely transactional and practical .
