This is the first time I have engaged the service of Fayyaz Travels. I came across Fayyaz Travels while looking for a customized private tour tours for me and my family. Have went through the review online and decided to contact them.
After leaving my contact in their official WhatsApp contact, Miko contacted me and we discussed on the possibility of organizing a private tour for a small family size of 4 and the itinerary. After discussion, I have decided to give Fayyaz Travels a try as Miko told us that they are able to cater to our requests and after seeing all the good review online.
The whole process of payment and pre-departure meeting went through smoothly and easily through online and my family were excited on our upcoming trip.
Few days before our trip, Miko has assisted to set up group chat for us with the tour guides in China and provided us with all the information required through the group chat.
Throughout the trip, Miko have been checking with me if everything is ok and require assistance. During the trip, there were once when we didn’t find the the local tour guide at Dali, China train station, Miko were prompt in providing assistance to me.
I would like to recommend Fayyaz Travels for their service and anybody that is interested to have a private tour for their family/friends. This is my first time engaging Fayyaz Travels service and they didn’t disappoint me. Thank you Fayyaz Travels and Miko for organizing a memorable trip for me and my family.

I returned near end September from a tremendously enjoyable 11-day solo self drive vacation to Iceland (11th day is actually early morning departure from Iceland), all thanks and appreciation to Fayyaz Travels!
In all my family and personal overseas vacations, I always did extensive research followed by bookings of the accommodations, attractions and transport logistics. However due to a last minute change of plans from a self drive vacation in earthquake prone Hokkaido to my dream self drive vacation in Iceland, I decided to engage a local reputed travel agency that specialises in personalised and customised travel. In April, after I booked my return Singapore-Frankfurt-Reykjavik tickets on Singapore Airlines and Icelandair, I contacted Tailwinds Travel, Chan Brothers and Fayyaz Travels, and only Miko from Fayyaz Travels persevered. After receiving the planning fee, Miko spent a lot of his time and energy crafting a 10-day self drive itinerary (10th day is departure from Iceland) that (1) takes me to attractions all around Iceland accessible on the Ring Road, including the renowned Diamond Circle and Golden Circle routes, with the occasional detours (2) puts me in 3-star hotels with private bathroom (3) hopefully fulfils my wish list of seeing the Northern Lights (September to March is the aurora viewing season), whale watching and hiking on a glacier (4) meets my intended budget. I extended the car rental for one more day (i.e. 11 days) to meet my original departure date, to which I did a simple itinerary of driving to attractions on the less travelled yet breathtaking Silver Circle route and Reykjanes Peninsula.
Upon receiving payment for the package, Miko then coordinated with the Iceland Ground Team on “locking” the detailed itinerary, hotel bookings and car rental. Based on my request, Miko also included a refund package for Notice of Cancellation of Tour. About 3 weeks before departure, Miko kindly arranged a Teams telecon for pre-departure queries that I may have, of which I queried about the use of credit cards without the 4 digit pin code. On the same day, Miko created a WhatsApp group chat comprising me, him and Dean (from the Iceland Ground team) so that I am in constant contact with them throughout my Iceland trip. The WhatsApp chat group is so important and re-assuring for me!
During the planning, Miko wrote “…The stop points that I’ve chosen are not only beautiful but also some of the safest and most convenient along the Ring Road. I want you to have an amazing experience without any stress, and I genuinely think this plan strikes the right balance.” Indeed, this was ever so true! Throughout my self drive in a Hyundai i10 manual car, I safely visited some of the most spectacular natural wonders of Mother Nature/Earth in the Land of Fire and Ice - waterfalls, geysers, mountains, lakes, canyons, coastal cliffs, hexagonal rocks, glacier (yes I hiked Falljökull Glacier), lava cave (yes I took a tour at Vidgelmir Cave) etc and of course the Northern Lights on only one of the ten nights in which I captured on my DSLR camera on a tripod using 15 seconds exposure (most of the hotels are outside the light polluted cities) as well as beautiful man- made attractions (e.g. Haligrimskirkja Church)
I can never thank Miko, Dean and Fayyaz Travels for my extremely memorable once-in-a-lifetime Iceland adventure! To this end, I definitely recommend Fayyaz Travels to anyone seeking personalised and stress-free vacation as this travel agency has shown excellent professionalism, service, knowledge and dedication.

We recently returned from a fantastic 10-day holiday in Sweden and Denmark. All meticulously planned and booked by Fayyaz Travels' Krystal, who also connected us to the local correspondent, Dean.
I have always been planning our holidays and it really stressed me out. The time spent researching and planning the places that we wanted to visit was time consuming. However for this time around, I did not have enough time to do the planning hence we decided to approach Fayyaz Travels.
From the very beginning, the entire experience was stress-free, enjoyable, and perfectly tailored to our preferences. We shared with Krystal our concerns with finding halal food and she provided us with lists of places where we could eat at the different parts we visited.
Our itinerary was thoughtfully curated to balance cultural exploration, nature, and relaxation. Every hotel, transfer, and activity was well-chosen, with smooth transitions throughout the journey. Our hotels were chosen based on their proximity with train stations as we needed to travel to several cities and we were very thankful of how important this point is as we really saved time travelling and lugging our luggages from hotels to train stations when we moved from 1 city to another.
We were impressed with the recommendations for local experiences, from charming neighborhoods to unique day trips.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and responsiveness provided. Whether we had questions while preparing for the trip or needed quick assistance during our travels – both locally and from overseas – Krystal and Dean were consistently prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. They would even text us to check that we are at the train stations to catch our trains.
Thanks to their planning and outstanding service, we were able to enjoy every moment of our holiday without any stress or uncertainty.
We would definitely recommend Fayyaz Travels to anyone looking for a personalized, well-supported, and unforgettable travel experience. Thank you Krystal and Dean!

Egypt Tour - 10 to 20 Oct 2025.
I must say that we are delighted by your company. We are a bit sceptical with going on customised tour as there wont be any tour guide from Singapore. But after through explaination from the tour agent Ms Krystal, we decided to go for it. We really had a fabulous and wonderful, amazing time & experience. The tour leader & guide from Egypt, namely Mr Samara, Mr Abdoo Mohamed & Mr Zechariah Paul was also helpful and accomodating and their explainations was really in detailed. The places that we visited the was a great learning experience. The Great Pyramid & Sphinx of Giza was such a beautiful place. And to see it with our own eyes is just amazing! We also visited the National Egyptian Museum of Civilization where we saw 20 royal mummies and a vast collection of artifacts from Ancient Egypt through the modern day. Lots of Temple to visit and of course the best is Valley of the Kings where we able to see the the famous tomb of King Tutankhamun and the over 60 pharoahs. The River Nile Cruise was so beautiful and amazing views from Luxor to Aswan. And sailing of the Felucca was just wow! And last but not least, the shopping. Kudos to Fayyaz Travel. I recently went to Australia, Perth with my family, it was our first time to Perth. I must say the trip was very well organised, safe and the guides were very informative. The chosen places in our itinerary were exceptional and adventurous! Especially the pinnacles,sand dunes and swan river cruise were the most enjoyable! Our hotel was also located in CBD area in Perth and it was very convenient for shopping and food, i would definitely recommend Fayyaz travels! 👏👏Special thanks to my travel agent-Miko for all your effort and time:) 🙏

Excellent Visa and Travel Service!
Jessa from Fayyaz Travels was incredibly helpful and meticulous in preparing the extensive documentation for my Schengen visa application (for myself and my son). Her organization and readiness ensured we got the visa on time, meeting our deadline.
Although we used our own miles for flights and hotels, Fayyaz Travels went the extra mile by offering helpful suggestions for both.

We recently went to Seoul, South Korea for our family holiday and it was a blast thanx to a well-planned itinerary by Fayyaz Travels. It was a last minute decision for our family to go to SK and when it was decided, we had about two weeks before our planned departure date. I have to give a shout out to Miko who has been awesome. I had called Fayyaz Travels on a Friday and my call was answered by Miko. He was very professional yet very friendly and took down all the places of interests I would like to go to as well as our requirements such as Halal food and the location of hotel we would like to stay in.
Miko was so prompt in getting things done and worked tirelessly on that day as well as over the weekend to help plan the itinerary and booking of hotel and by Monday, almost everything was set. He even booked the flight tickets for us by Monday which was reserved for us since Friday (on the day I first called him).
Everything was arranged well by Miko and Fayyaz Travels and he got us a local guide, Micky. Micky is a very experienced guide who knows many Halal restaurants and what is required for Muslim travellers.
Everything went smoothly for us throughout the 11 days, 10 nights we were in SK. Micky was always punctual and the transport we were provided was spacious and comfortable. The hotel accommodation was great and location was great too. Miko kept on checking on us from his Spore office to ensure that everything is going well for us throughout the trip.
Thank you so much Miko and Micky from Fayyaz Travels for giving us an awesome time for our first visit to SK. Will definitely engage their services again for our next personalised tour and recommend to our family and friends.

I recently had the thrill of hiking Mount Kinabalu with Fayyaz Travels Pte Ltd, from March 28-29, 2025. The experience was made even more exceptional by our guide, Gary. His expertise and dedication went above and beyond my expectations.
From the initial booking to the final descent, Gary expertly guided us through every step of the journey. His extensive knowledge and preparation were truly admirable.
What impressed me most was Gary's attentiveness and willingness to help. When I experienced a slight muscle twitch, he promptly offered a medicated plaster for relief. Additionally, when a teammate's shoe sole came loose, Gary quickly provided a shoe lace to secure it.
Gary's selfless actions and readiness to assist his teammates left a lasting impression on me. I have no regrets choosing to travel with him. He's a reliable and trustworthy guide who prioritizes his team's safety and well-being.
