This FairPrice Finest over here carries a wide range of products in a compact space. It even has a flower shop here. Bought some fruits here that are not available at the FairPrice outlet near my residence. Service here is very efficient.

Excellent service from a very considerate staff who is ever pleasing customer's needs ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Diidn't expect a staff not only to accomodate my request in directing my search for the location of my purchase so willingly with such enthusiasm. On seeing my needs met, she also went out of her way to assist me in completing my purchase as she observed I was stuck in a bottle neck queue at the cashier's counter. As she was performing the sale on behalf of her cashier, again on her own accord selflessly deducted any outstanding bills fof my purchase by usingy my excess link points which I had totally overlooked so that I don't have to fork out any cash(as I was using my cdc points). I thought that was such a considerate and selfless act on my behalf too! Thank you!

Very rude and insensitive staff. Instead of asking the customer politely or checking the payment screen whether the customer paid for the plastic bags, the staff asked another colleague loudly who was standing slightly further away from her and in front of the customer himself, whether the customer paid for the plastic bags. This is very insulting and embarrassing to the customer as there are many other customers around. Being in the customer service line, she should be sensitive enough to have checked for evidence first instead of suspecting that he didn’t pay for the plastic bags. This is the second time such things happened. Time to do something about the service attitude of this staff!

Have been shopping in it since it opened. Always love the meat counter, just bought 2kg of braising steak today - always buy my meat here. Was there on a Sunday @ lunch time- crowded. Convenient mid-sized supermarket, serving a great need for residents in the area- no other supermarket within walking distance.Great place to get stuff at all hours.Good place to get your provisions. Prices not unreasonable.

Bought strawberries last night only to find that the undersides were all moldy. Their website tells me to bring this back to the store for a refund, however this is not a store I frequent and is inconvenient. Extremely disappointing experience with Fairprice, making it so hard to get a refund.

What's not to love about a "finest" grocery store in the same glam mall as Alexander McQueen and Christian Louboutin? You can spend $1700 on a pair of shoes and then run down and get a $4 loaf of bread! Or some seriously fresh fruit and veg and protein! Very convenient. Often not that crowded, and a good selection of splurge items as well as the every day stuff. Super easy to get to via Orchard MRT or any number of busses that stop at Far East Plaza and then you walk a minute or two and you're here. Love it!
