Friendly staff and good promo, but the “300 lines” offer was confusing
Visited Facework Aesthetic at Shaw House for the first time to try their HIFU treatment. They had a promo for 300 lines at $288, which sounded like a good deal. However, I was confused when they mentioned it was 1,200 shots, but it turned out to be only 300 shots. No wonder the price was low — so the initial explanation felt a bit misleading.
That said, the attendants were genuinely nice, friendly, and welcoming. They explained the procedure well and made me feel comfortable. They also offered packages after the treatment, but they did NOT hard-sell, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the experience was pleasant, but clearer communication about the shots vs. lines would have made it better.

Bought Fave trial in July without reading the reviews. Didn’t expect it to be a pleasant facial session done by Yien on National Day! She is skillful and explained what the facial consist of with gentle extractions! Enjoyed the session a lot but I have also feedback to her about the facial bed is quite tiny to be lying there comfortably for an hour plus. Boss of Facework please note you need to invest in new facial beds which is more spacious 😬

I am a customer with Facework Aesthetic for five years, and while I don't usually write reviews for any merchant, I must say that this company provided amazing service. I was recommended treatment by the skin specialist Christy. She is patient and explained every detail to me. I had very bad pigmentation on my skin for a few years and had tried many products and lasers with other aesthetics but saw no improvement. Thanks to the therapist and the professional guidance and products they recommended, I finally saw results. At the end of my treatment session, they still provide me with some light desserts. Excellent service!

This skincare center is highly accessible, conveniently located in the heart of Orchard Road at The Shaw House. The facility is immaculate and luxurious. The attendants are both professional and courteous. I opted for the HIFU treatment, which significantly tightens and lifts several areas of the face. They use state-of-the-art equipment. Superb service!

The service was top-notch, extremely comforting and luxurious from start to finish. Joanne made sure I felt relaxed throughout the treatment, and the whole experience felt very pampering.
