Am personally trained by Yiying. I really appreciate how she sees where I am and works with me to encourage me to improve on my form. Slow and steadily, I have become stronger with her encouragement and tailored training where she targets my needs. If not for the past 16 sessions, I don’t think I would have been able to climb My Seorak recently.
When I had an injured foot, she goes beyond to also customize my day’s training to include therapy which worked wonders!!! Yiying knows much about the body and hence, can address my needs:) During training, she patiently makes sure my alignment is right and the form is correct so as to prevent injuries.
I’m thankful that she also worked with my physiotherapist to help me improve and heal better! Yiying also encourages me to eat healthy:) I think it’s wonderful to have someone we can be accountable to to start me off my journey towards a healthier me!

We invited YY from Everfit to our office for a talk and she made a presentation on how to make time for our health in office.
Instead of going straight into the techniques, she focused on the Why the need to reclaim health (for some of us) first.
This is a big deal. Clearly recognizing the why allows us to want to follow through, not just the rest of the session where YY presented her recommendations based on medical science, but as importantly when on our very own moving forward.

I have engaged with YY with the goal of getting fit and good figure. I was trained with her since February. I have grown bit by bit and to the extent that i previously never foresee. I really appreciate her dedication. She is a highly self disciplined person. She always shows up on time with professional coach r shirt. She is well equipped with all sort of Health-related knowledge.
Several points I want to outline for her advantages:
-She always makes the class a bit fun and with some games. Eg, we used to have RABBIT training for the year of rabbit. And last week we had phone number training. I know the class is tiring but one hour passes by without too much mental distortions lol.
-She always encourages me and pushes me a bit forward. And she always makes herself easy going yet she holds strong belief for the right thing to do.
-She helps me change life style to a more sustainable way. Take one example, I used to hate running. But to encourage me and bring me back to the field again, she took me for an outdoor run to encourage me to give it a try. And now I can run pretty well.
All in all, please consult her and see if you are attracted by her belief of well-being, strength, health and everything you interested in. Then I believe with her good guide, you can reach your goal.

I would like to share my experience with whom that is interested in taking PT class. I have been training twice a week with coach Yi ying for three months. She reasonably designed one-to-two training content, aiming to strengthen core control, practice chest and back muscles and HIIT training in a 60-minute course. After three months, I obviously feel that my body form gets better, my core is stronger, and more importantly, my body fat rate has dropped by 3%, and my muscle mass has increased by 1 kg.
