I’ve been seeing Dr Zhang Ruifen for quite a number of years. She has been an important pillar in the maintenance of my health and I feel very safe with her. It’s clear to me that she genuinely cares for her patients and is very kind and patient. When I have injuries, I have done acupuncture and cupping treatments with her that were expertly executed. I also see her when I have flu and cough and I find that her medication helps me recover quickly. When my focus is on maintaining my health, I take medicine from her that makes me feel healthier and stronger. I have recommended a friend to her, who was looking to lower his cholesterol and he has seen good results as well. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. She is a delight and I feel happy to see her every time.
I would also like to highlight the friendly and helpful reception staffs. It’s always a pleasure to visit the clinic.

Physician Zhou Yan ( my attending physician) is gentle, knowledgeable and attentive and tailor the herbs and acupuncture to my needs. I have been coming to this clinic for years. I have been seeing Dr Zhong for a long time. She is very experience and knowledgeable. I enjoyed having conversations with her. I feel very comfortable and safe in her hands.The staff are very helpful and friendly. This is newly renovated clinic and it’s feels so nice to always b here.

Physician Zhong Xi Ming is very on point in her diagnosis and has good ethnics. Waiting time not too bad. Areas to improve would be to have better soundproofing in the rooms, can hear footsteps and conversations while resting during acupuncture

Doctor was friendly and helpful and tries to understand what are my needs and explain carefully.
The treatment room was clean and no smell of Chinese herbal smell like other TCM clinics.
I went there to do acupuncture and cupping. I was scared at first but the doctor calm me down and I managed to go for a few sessions. I would say the doctor there are professional and caring! Really helped me in my needs.

Have been going to 张医师 (Zhang Rui Fen) for many years, and she is very meticulous in her work. She is a very friendly and warm person, and does her best to listen to my concerns. Her acupuncture helps alleviate pain and her medicine is very effective.

Great improvement to my eczema condition after seeing Physician Jolene. This before and after pics are just after 3 days of meds, when this condition has been lingering and worsening over nearly 2 months prior to seeing her. The consultation with Physician Jolene was also great - I felt she took time to understand my condition, gave good advice, and clarity on the treatment process, fully well versed in English and Mandarin - which was a totally different experience to other TCMs I have seen. So glad to have found her - Highly recommended!
