Was there for a complimentary beauty consultation. There was a glitch on Estée Lauder’s system - the period for beauty/skincare consultation is over.
However I appreciated that Vicky honored my scheduled reservation /confirmation from Estée Lauder. She patiently explained the range of Estée Lauder foundation. Thereafter she swatched a couple of foundation shades to match my skin tone. She did a foundation makeover for me and gave me a couple of samples. Thank you Vicky for your time and patience

My review is on my very positive and enjoyable shopping experience with Cynthia Tan, the beauty consultant at the Estée Lauder counter at Isetan Scotts. Cynthia attended to me with much warmth and friendliness, immediately putting me at ease to browse and sample. Five stars on Cynthia’s product knowledge and recommendations. I visited this store last Sunday to buy a gift for my girlfriend. Moon provided me with comprehensive advice on skincare products tailored to my girlfriend's age and skin conditions. As a layman in cosmetics, I truly appreciated her guidance, which saved me a significant amount of time on online research. In the end, my girlfriend was highly satisfied with the gift. Definetely, i will come back again.

I would like to compliment the Estée Lauder’s beauty advisor name as Cynthia Tan at Isetan Scotts. I’ve follow and support her since she was at Isetan Tampines until now she was at Scott’s. She is very professional and knowledgeable on her products , yet friendly and polite . Love her so much ,always understand what I need and the products that she recommended always suit me. I’ve been using Estée Lauder pdts for more than 28 years. Over the years there are many sales staff but none is as committed & sincere as Cythnia. She will remembers the various products I’m using or had tried before. Does making purchases so much easier. She will make recommendations & gv advise but she is never pushy. I will travel to Scott Isetan to make my purchase cos of Cynthia even thou I am staying in the East.
