Been a loyal customer of Escentials since 2021 and I’m always so happy with the service rendered by the beautiful Janice at Paragon Escentials. She knows EXACTLY what my scent profile is and she has introduced me to so many hidden gems. Purpose 50 is probably one of my best purchases.

We are very impressed with Jastoni’s knowledge on the every perfume and history of the brand. His sharing on the history of the brand makes us appreciate the perfume we bought. He also gives very good recommendations that suits your personality. This shop has niche brands that you seldom see outside. Will find Jastoni definitely if I wanna buy perfume again

I wanna give a shout out to Myca the sales assistant who was so kind and had a vast knowledge on all the products. I was trying to find a present for a friend and was overwhelmed with all the options and didn’t know where to start or what to look for and she gave me many suggestions from different brands and throughly went through each product to help me choose the perfect gift within my budget. Due to the short handed staff of only having her in the store, she had to juggle many customers and attend to the cash register halfway through, but she was so attentive and polite enough to apologize when she left me to attend to someone else while I considered my options. She was very patient while letting me try the testers and I loved how positive and passionate she was about her job! I got the perfect candle from the store and will visit again when she’s around.

I bought a bottle of creed imperial and was told the box was slightly damaged which I was ok with. I went home and found that the bottle was defective, used and also empty! I had to rush back before my flight and exchange it. I appreciate the exchange but I was not allowed to change it for another brand. Unfortunately no apology forthcoming for this level of oversight, or potentially blatant fraud. There’s a large discount campaign ongoing and I’m left uncertain about my other purchases, all of which are expensive bottles. I realise none of the boxes are sealed and there’s no way to see if the integrity of the bottles are compromised. Altogether it has left a bad taste and I will not purchase again from escentials. Very disappointing.

The staff is incredibly kind and considerate. I was able to sample the fragrances comfortably. He is truly amazing professionals. I'll definitely come back here when I buy perfume again.

Great selection of perfume to choose from, glad that the staff leave you to your devices and don't try to hard sell. When I asked for assistance they were definitely very willing to help and were very friendly!
Im surprised to see that some people see that as 'ignoring customers' i see it as giving the customers time and space to browse..
Anyways, happy with my purchase! Will come back definitely
