Family business with great personalized attention. I have bought quite a number of luggage bags from this store and their knowledge and recommendations are usually spot on. If you are looking for the perfect travel suitcase, you should go down and speak to them.

Very lovely and friendly couple, took time to explain the luggages and price was good compared to other shops and departmental store. Patient with me when I was deciding on the size and colour. Will definitely be back in the future to get more lugggages!

Went into this shop today to buy a hand bag. Carol was super helpful and offered my husband and I a chair each to sit down while I made my choices. Very grateful to sit for a few minutes after walking all through Lucky Plaza. I ended up buying two bags from there. Good quality and great prices. 👍 …
