Buyer beware. I went to a couple of trial lessons. As the gym was convenient to my office I signed up - then almost immediately they closed down to relocate! NOTHING was said to me prior to paying them. There was NO notification. After months of trying to contact them for a refund I finally got a response that they would extend the validity of my membership only. The gym is no longer in a convenient location for me. The trainers seem nice enough and I enjoyed my two trial sessions but the owners are clearly unprofessional. They have refused to reimburse me. Try somewhere else.

This place is awesome and it never gives the arrogant vibe you find in other places. Everyone is very helpful and you are followed lesson by lesson. Ajarn and the trainers give hints, are easy to approach and take really good care of the gym and gears sanitising and cleaning after each session. I tried several other places before committing and I'll be very happy to extend my subscription. Another awesome thing is the different session target (basic / all levels / sparring) which allows you to train with people of your level or better depending on the kind of training you want.

Recently, the gym has undergone a change in training format for Muay Thai where students are expected to hold pads for each other. I signed up a long term package with the gym initially because of the old training format where the coaches helped to hold the pads for us. If I wanted this format, I would have opted for a different gym. While both formats can work I personally don't like the new format for the following reasons: 1. Inexperienced students may end up getting hurt if they do not know how to hold the pads properly/ control their strength and aim 2. Experienced students partnering inexperienced students will not enjoy the training as the inexperienced student will not be able to keep up with the pad work

lol i read the other reviews posted by members and i share the same experiences. the new schedule change is spoiling the gym experience now you can only do one class and have to wait to do 2. the class is only good for the head coach and some assistant coaches if you get placed with a bad assistant coach the entire class is ruined, i think the other reviews named the good coaches. the padwork is also very short and after that the rest of the class is negligible. the bagwork is just repeating a combination without trainers to correct your technique. the rest of the class can be done anywhere else for a fraction of the price. some members are also really show-off lol. overall the gym is very overcrowded and understaffed. will not be signing again

Attended a trial class. Gym has alot of space and is very clean and bright. Even has showers available. Instructors were very friendly and patient. If you're looking for a fun yet effective muay Thai class, this is the place to go.
