Booked the location for a business dinner after it has been recommended by an Indonesian-Singaporean friend. The food was awesome and the service absolutely warmhearted. The staff helped to order a great selection of dishes and all guests were absolutely satisfied. The restaurant has a second room and I recommend asking for a table there if you wanna make a reservation for a business lunch or dinner. The main dining area is nice but a bit too exposed in my eyes.

I’ve been to hundreds of Indonesian restaurants but Embassy 1967 is right there at the top. We celebrated Mum’s birthday and the food was authentic, super delicious and incredibly addictive. A bit on the pricey side but the portion is generous and the warm service more than makes up for it — what a memorable surprise to celebrate a special occasion with the loved ones here. Kudos and special thanks to the friendly team on the day: Malika, Seli & Zach!

If you love your Indonesian food then you must try out Embassy 1967, and if you have never experienced Indonesian style food then go here first to find out what you have been missing, Named after the year that the Indonesian Embassy opened in Singapore in 1967 the restaurant commemorates that occasion with high quality food in a stylish setting. Each dish is prepared excellently and the staff are very accommodating and friendly without being overly familiar. Making you relax and enjoy your meal. If you go mid week then I suggest you book as it gets very busy being located on Orchard Road a very busy area of Singapore.

Embassy 1967 is a must-visit destination for Indonesian food lovers in Singapore! Located on Orchard Road, this upscale restaurant offers an authentic culinary experience, blending traditional Indonesian flavors with a modern twist. The restaurant's ambiance is a beautiful representation of Indonesian culture, making you feel like you're dining in the heart of Indonesia. Their menu features a range of delicious dishes, including grilled fish, squid, and prawns, all cooked to perfection by Chef William Wongso. The prices are reasonable, ranging from SGD 50-100 per person, making it an excellent value for the quality and authenticity of the food. Embassy 1967 is not just a restaurant, but a celebration of Indonesian culture and heritage. It's a great place to gather with friends and family, enjoy good food, and experience the warmth of Indonesian hospitality. Whether you're a local or just visiting Singapore, Embassy 1967 is definitely worth a try!

Fantastic food! We love indonesian cuisine and weren't expecting this to be so good. Prices are slightly higher but the portions were huge so very good value. Staff were very helpful in talking us through the menu

Had an amazing dining experience at Embassy 1967. The cumi sambal ijo was perfectly balanced, and the rendang was beautifully fragrant and spiced. Every bite made me want more. The sate kambing was real, tender meat and absolutely delicious, with great presentation. The keropok was super sedap, and the ayam taliwang was fried just right with a lovely tangy, sweet, spicy sauce. The soda gembira was creamy and very comforting. The setting was luxurious, and the ambience made the entire experience feel special. A special mention to Malika, the hostess, who was warm, friendly and attentive to details. Her hospitality truly made the meal feel like home. Highly recommended!

I’m literally taken aback at how good the food is here. If you want authentic Indonesia food, this is the place to go. I was thinking the gado gado will be your usual tauhu with cold hard cabbages etc but it’s totally not what you expect. The taste is complex and keeps you going for more. The soto atam is also pretty amazing. Waygu beef satay also very solid. This place is a must try! It’s not crowded and I really think it’s a hidden gem!

Came down to Embassy 1967 for dinner with a friend. Staff were lovely and really accommodating as they helped to explain items on the menu and help to recommend items that would suit our tastes and spiciness level. Malika, Sally, Zack were the staff on duty and each of them were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
