Basically i asked how much for a
Classic mani pedi they just said $58 then halfway doing they said if you wanna add colour is $78 I’m like huh wtf…. Everywhere I go classic mani includes colour I mean if your shop is diff THEN AT LEAST TELL ME FROM THE START. It’s totally ridiculous to pay $20 more just to have colour on my nails … then after that I wanted to pay by credit card then they kept asking me to pay by paynow I’m like no… I only have credit card then they need to call their boss to come all the way back to the shop to open some key for the machine whatever so I gotta wait 30 mins for her. I told them if they highlighted all of these at the start I totally wouldn’t have come at all man. Super bad customer service.oh plus they didn’t even apologise for not informing me clearly at the start.

Went to get gelish manicure. Was advised by the lady that i should do a layer of gel to protect my nails as it was thin. My nails is now distorted and fat. The shape looks horrible.
Please go to other shops there. Don’t waste your money. They will also try to upsell packages.

Today i went Elite Beauty to remove my gel color that i did there also previously and today i did another nail colour gel. I went there few times and they always did good job to my nails. I also recommend this place to my colleague. Until today, i spent $200 for leg and hand nail colour with ugly flower drawing for my ring finger nails. The way she cut my nail also very rough and untidy. I always want to go there to do my nails until today i decide to not go there anymore. I had no time to complain, coz i was rush to go to church. After church, i went to another nail place to remove and redo again. And i very much satisfied with the result which give me very much better & nicer nail colour done. Elite Beauty please train your employees well before hiring. What a $200 waste. I will post 2 pictures. One is from Elite Beauty. Another one is the one i did in another place to redo.

I purchased a package here after one good manicure. I’ve been back 4 times - and each time it’s been a terrible experience - the nails look uneven in every way, the service has taken 3 times as long as it should, I could go on. I’ve always had to go get my nails re-done somewhere else afterwards because the outcome has been SO bad. I can’t use the rest of my own package because I it’s seriously a waste of time. I never write reviews unless they are positive - but seriously save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else!
I would like to edit to note (as I’m not sure how to reply to the company reply) that a bad experience - was EVERY time I’ve been. Not just a case of thick nail polish 1 time. It’s always been streaky, filed completely unevenly and often re-done. 1 time - I was there for nearly 2 hours for a regular pedicure as they kept having to start again (think the technician was a trainee) and getting distracted by other walk-ins.
The recent extra footoly treatment (that I and a friend tried for the first time), was $58 just for a bath bomb. They forgot to do the foot scrub and massage for me.
This is actually my first ever Google review complaint for anything, ever.
