A trial facial wasn’t relaxing at all , the therapist was hard selling throughout the 1H of my facial session. This was the promotion of $128 and they promoted the more expensive facials that they have to deduct the $128 off. But there is a basic one at $128 if you do not want to top up like I did but the therapist was hard selling throughout from the facials to their laser machine to products. Have a 2* rating because the therapist I had was quite skilled.

Very good experience at Eclado Centrepoint! ✨ - Sammie is very warm and knowledgeable about skin & skincare. Her way of explaining things is different from the usual 'hard-sell' consultation. Sammie really cares for the customer & I learnt many new things from her! ❤️🙌 - Kathy gives a great service & very friendly. Her facial treatments & massage are excellent, even the way Kathy did extraction is totally not painful yet effective! Totally recommended 👍 Thank you, I am a happy & satisfied customer. 😊

I’ve had several sessions so far and I really think my skin has improved so much. Kathy has been very meticulous during treatments and is very gentle (during extractions) as well :)

Been doing the Shining Tinkerbell facial and it makes my face very radiant, with an obvious difference from before. I also like their facial massage technique which makes your face feel firm and lifted afterwards. Treatment room is comfortable and staff are professional and friendly - would recommend them!
