Waited here for 5 mins to be served while the staff looks uninterested. The tourists infront of me asked to be served politely yet being ignored as well. I know the staff are busy but at least acknowledge us first.

we decided to use our entertainer discounts for donuts! even though we came later in the day, many types of donuts were still available. these donuts were also quite fresh and didn't spoil quickly even after we left it at home for a few days! the staff were very quick and friendly. we would definitely recommend this outlet for delicious donuts!

Very unhygienic!! Donut samples are just laid out in the open, that flies are having a feast on it as seen from the picture. The staff working at 17:45 on 15/07/25 was unbothered by it, and not willinh to serve customers well. Avoid at all costs!

Worst service ever. I was trying to buy coffee but the staff completely ignored me, even though I said “hello” multiple times. They all acted busy while I stood there like an idiot in front of the cashier while waiting for someone to attend to me. After waiting 5 minutes, I finally ordered an Iced Mocha Swirl Latte, but the staff misheard me and said they don’t sell soy. Like bro, I clearly said swirl, not soy. So stupid. Never buying from this outlet again. Plus the drink taste disgusting…

Jenny is unprofessional and unhygienic. She did not wear a hair net and im guessing that is where the hair came from that i found in my donut. Besides that, there were many flies around the showcase. Bad experience and never going here again!!!!!!

The coffee at this place was not good and I let the staff know about it and threw the coffee in the bin. The staff was not happy and start explaining this is the best coffee and I should have ordered different coffee . I haven’t tried the donuts.

The donuts were pretty good, it was fluffy and fresh. Lots of varieties were available. And apart from donuts, you can also satisfy your caffeine craving by trying out their coffee. Their newly launched cold brew was pretty decent.

A wide variety of donut selections available and also coffee too. Their cold brew is really good. Great for when you need a quick bite in between shopping or a quick snack during lunch. Their Boston Cream is my go-to!
Plus their staff are warm and friendly and it makes you feel welcomed and want to come back :)
