Our doctor referred us to Dr Chong for a combination of medically necessary and cosmetic work for my 15yr old daughter. She had an accident a year ago that knocked her front teeth out of alignment and she was self conscious about her smile. Dr. Chong’s work was meticulous with beautiful results. He performed a root canal and crown for the damaged tooth, veneers for the surrounding front teeth, some contouring on her lower teeth and whitening for her full smile. The crown and veneers were made at his in-house lab so they were ready quickly. We were able to see the actual product and have them fitted to her teeth, make adjustments to shape and color, and send back down to the lab for final adjustments before they were installed. We had a couple of follow up appointments to refine tooth shape and do additional whitening, and the entire thing was complete within a week.
Dr Chong made my very anxious daughter feel comfortable and cared for. He gained her trust quickly, and was able to persuade her that her smile could meet her desires with less extensive work than she originally wanted. He arranged sedation so she could go through the procedures with greater comfort.
My daughter and I are so grateful for our experience and her beautiful new smile!

I had the good fortune of finding this clinic more than a year ago, and I have been coming regularly for my health checks ever since. Dr. William Chong is the best dentist in Singapore! This man deserves to be in the Dental Hall of Fame if there ever is one! The level of care & service is over & beyond my expectations and unlike any I’ve experienced before- that’s coming from me who has always struggled with dental issues growing up & had developed dental anxiety caused by unpleasant experiences with other doctors. Dr. William is patient & empathetic, he’s friendly & that helps to put me at ease- even Aica, the dental assistant is quick, thorough & professional. The office is modern and clean. The front desk staff are polites & courteous, sends timely reminder about appointments. It’s not often that I can say that I’ve walked out of a dentist’s office thinking- wow, what a pleasant experience, feeling my dental health is in tip top shape. I wish I can give 5 star reviews every time I visit! Dr. William has done wonders to my teeth. I highly recommend!

Best clinic in Singapore. Always go there for any medical reason (etc, dentistry, blood test, other physical procedures). The staff are nice and welcoming, and they offer tea/ coffee to their customers. The clinic itself is very clean.
I don't normally do reviews but this one is worth it. My family flies all the way from Kazakhstan to visit Dr. William Chong, who's the best at what he does. Very much recommend!

I went there to have my teeth cleaned. He spent more than 30 mins trying to convince me to do surgery for my wisdom teeth knowing that I have a long haul flight in a week's time. When i said i dont want to do surgery, he proceeded to clean my teeth disinterested. In the end, i got charged 150 for consuktation and 300 for scaling and polishing. Very expensive and conaidering that you can get the same service and more professional treatment somewhere else for half the price of what I got charged in this clinic.

Doctor Chong was very sincere and helpful. I did a tooth replacement with him and his work was fab. Would recommend.
